Can’t get order right. Manager bossing people around belittling employees.
Part of order was Plain hamburgers with nothing on it. They gave it with onions and ketchup. I brought it back and they said they made it plain. I said it has ketchup and onions. Then they said “ you didn’t want that in it?”

30 minutes to get 2 bagel egg sandwiches and 2 coffees ordered online. And then only after I requested to cancel the order and credit my account. Why? Total chaos as order after order of shopping bag sized orders are filled for online orders for delivery. And delivery drivers without appropriate decals spotted parking in the handicapped reserved spaces.
Update: McDonald’s provided a link for me to supposedly provide them more details. (Though I believe my review is rather self-explanatory). The link is generic and requests so much information that no sane person would complete it. The link has nothing to do with my post. It is a show response to make it appear that someone at corporate cares. The response is almost, if not more disappointing than the restaurant experience.

The place is very clean and the workers are friendly and polite. I went in there and ordered a kids chicken nuggets meal with extra fries and apple juice with 1 pie, well those were the worst chicken nuggets and French fries the nuggets had NO taste at all the fries was the same tasteless, the pie tasted old. I was already on the highway. If not, I would have taken everything back except for the toy.

We were here with our family on November 6th around 5:45 when an unruly customer berated the staff. I was appalled by how she treated the people working by yelling and causing a scene. The staff including the manager kept their calm and I was very impressed.

At least at this McDonald’s my coffee was hot but I asked for two splendas on the side and I didn’t realize until I got across the street and pulled into the parking lot to fix my coffee that instead of two splendas I got two sugars. Luckily I had Splenda in my purse so I was good but McDonald’s is just as awful these days. And 2 and 1/2 for a cup of coffee is ridiculous

Needed some food and decided to take the exit to go to this McDs on my way to NY. It was after 1 when I stopped by and the drive thru were busy. The cashier was friendly and gave my finicky dogs some dog treats that they didn’t eat. It was very sweet that she had dog treats for their doggie customers. The food was perfectly cooked. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, just the way I like it. The fish filet was not centered in between the buns that I had to adjust it. The chicken nuggets were perfectly fried and when they got a little cold, they didn’t get hard and dry. One of the best McDs meals I have, and I have eaten many over the years.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent experience at your location. I called in earlier about a five dollar McChicken meal that was messed up, and after discussing, we decided to go back to exchange it. When my party arrived, I noticed that the manager wasn’t on duty at the time. Instead, there was a woman speaking Spanish on the phone, who was acting as if she were the manager.
What stood out to me was that she was speaking in a very rude and disrespectful manner, not directly to me, but to someone else over the phone in Spanish. The way she was talking was unprofessional and I found it very inappropriate, especially considering we were there to resolve an issue. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that tone or manner, and I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by her attitude.
Honestly, I believe that behavior should not be tolerated, and I strongly feel this person should be disciplined or let go. Respectfulness and professionalism are very important, and I didn’t see that in her at this moment.
I appreciate your attention to this matter, and I hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address this situation. It’s not just about my experience but about ensuring that all customers receive quality service and respectful treatment. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I come to this location often. I have to say today I was not happy. My fries tasted really bad and they were not hot. The girl at the window seemed annoyed when I asked for ice in my drink as there wasn’t any ice??? My burger was good!

Food was okay but management need to focus little more for cleanliness. Restroom was dirty, out of order and basin was even overflowing. Showing plenty of employees inside, laughing and talking but seems they don’t care or it may not their duty.

Brand newly renovated with the ordering kiosk. We ordered at the counter. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Food served exactly as ordered. They bring food to the table now.One negative..quite a few of soda options out of order. I don’t particularly like the new decor.
