I go in the drive thru almost every night to buy the same things with two separate orders or to use points and I’ve never had a issue with the food or the customer service. It’s usually been all girls and as a girl myself the atmosphere is amazing they’re all kind, well spoken, patient, and helpful.

Used to be the best McDonald’s in the area but lately it’s really gotten worse and is now just your typical McDonald’s slop meals. I don’t know if there is new management or just all new workers but definitely nothing special anymore. Cashiers are always very kind though which is a plus.

Absolutely Disgusting I oder a spicy mcchicken and there was maggots on my bun I threw it away immediately . My sweet and sour sauce smell and looked expired close to a dark brown color . The ladies there had no properly uniform she was scratching her nose disgusting !!! Only thing that was good was my fries but I’m not even sure if they were safe to eat . I was driving and eating I didn’t even look at my fires . I feel sick to my stomach.

I ordered 4 2 McGriddles only. They come in sets of 2. I only received 2 of my 4 sets and was told that I needed to buy more for the other four. The employee argued me down to basically say that the set of two that they come in are charged individually. I’ve been buying my children McGriddle cakes only for ten years. I waited 4 years for McDonald’s to bring their Daily Double sandwich up North. Bristol Va/Tn was a testing area for their new Daily Double sandwich which was absolutely 100% their best sandwich for the size and price. The Daily Double that I got here in Harrisburg looked like a regurgitated soul of what use to be recognized as a Daily Double sandwhich. My thoughts and prayers go out this sad sandwich and those that will be sure to follow. The South needs to take their sandwich back for the integrity of it’s good name.

My drive through experience was top tier, rivalling chik fil who? The cashier attendant was so thorough and efficient with taking my order. Also I was confused by having to pull over and wait for my order, but knowing my fries are being dropped fresh is a plus in my book!

Super ghetto. Super dirty. Super slow. They got mad for me asking to see the screen because it wasn’t working properly. And I’ve been waiting outside for food for 15 minutes and everybody else is getting their food except for me.
