Your order on the online app and they’re supposed to be making it for you when you’re getting close so then I sit in line for 20 minutes to get to the window finally with the 10 minute ride their and they still tell me to pull over and wait in number one the place needs to get It’s acttogether. The guy in the register started yelling at me because I didn’t stop for my receipt when I was asked whether or not I would like my receipt or not, and I I told them I didn’t want it. Dude, needs new management or something

Read other reviews: same thing happened to me. I live close, and once every couple years i give them a chance to get something right. Asked what beverage options available with egg McMuffin combo, because she asked what beverage i wanted. Acts like i’m a martian for asking, so i said coffee. Not only did they upcharge for a regular black coffee, the sandwich was cold with unmelted cheese, and they didn’t include the hash brown (apparently that’s their signature ripoff – read other reviews). Had to drive back and the deer-in-the-headlights manager finally refunded the upcharge and gave me a hash brown. $8 for a cold sandwich, hash brown and black coffee? No thanks. They blew their last chance

I Went and ordered a mcDubble here with a milkshake. The milkshake machine clearly has not been cleaned.Cause you could taste the rotting milk in the milkshake. Not only that but on the mcdouble one of the patties was completely raw. Also, when I called them to let them know about it.The guy who answer the phone could care less.

The young man that took my order was great. My food when asked for extra onions came out with three little onions….lol. I spoke tobthe manager and she said there are onions on it. I informed her I ordered extra and she laughed at me and started to argue. Unsat as a manager. I asked for my money back and left.

I love this place! The food is always quickly ready and the staff friendly and welcoming. Love them too because they love my dogs Artist and Valentino. We go everyday for nuggets for my boys! ❤️❤️❤️

We had lunch here today (5/27 around noon) Staff behind the counter was great. My Big Mac was missing a burger and they brought me a new one quickly and were very kind. My issue was with the employee cleaning in the dining room. At first it seemed that he was just looking at my baby and said that she was cute, he was just extremely close but I didn’t think much of it until he started touching my toddlers head or poking her in the back every time he passed her. He was also standing behind me making faces at her that seemed inappropriate to my mom who was with me and facing him. I was trying to give benefit of the doubt that he was just being playful but something seemed off and I was uncomfortable with him touching my child. The third time I saw him reach to touch her head (I couldn’t see him poking her in the back from where I was sitting, my mom told me about that after we had left) my mom and I both asked him not to touch her again. He stayed right around our table the whole time we were there but he seemed to be hovering around and behind me even more once I started breastfeeding my baby (using a cover). In addition to all of these things, he was sweeping and mopping under our table as we were eating. I do understand that the floor needed to be cleaned but I’ve never seen an employee mop under a table that someone was eating at. It all seemed very strange and it’s highly unlikely that I will be visiting this McDonald’s again, especially not if my children are with me.

How do you even cook a burger this poorly? I could smell the burnt bun before I even unwrapped the paper. No salt on the fries and burger was made with onions the first time around already. Spent 30min parked waiting.

I ordered a breakfast meal I expect my food to be warm. My sandwich was cold and the cheese was cold as well. This is the second time this has happened and they even forgot my hash brown this time. If I pay for a meal I expect everything that comes with it. The first time I let it go this second time I’m done with this location.
