I was a little disappointed when I got home and realized that I barely got any fries in my order of small fries with a combo meal. There were not additional fries on the bottom of the bag and this was all I got. It was only half full.

I would’ve given them a 5, but I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles and Mac sauce and then ordered 1 WITH pickles and Mac sauce and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. She said something along the lines of “well they DO come with pickles” and then I got home and none of them had pickles lol. If she wasn’t so rude I would’ve given them 5 stars because we go there often and the service is usually great! It’s hard to find good help.

Went to mcdonald’s and went through the drive through ordered two of the daily double value meals. Can we get to the window they charged us twenty four dollars and some change. Each daily double value meal is only seven dollars and we had asked for large cokes. When we got to the east second window, I asked for a manager, and first some guy working there said he was the manager then once we told him what was going on another guy came to the window, and this guy actually looked like the manager. We told him that this wasn’t right that we wanted the mcvalue meals. He left for a minute and came back confused and asked if we were to the meals.And we said, yes, we should have totaled 15 dollars. They had already handed us a bag which had the sandwiches in it and two large fries. No nuggets and sodas yet. He then says that since we didn’t order the large fries. He needed to have them back. He asked us to pull over into one of the curbside parking spots while they fixed it. We sat here for like 15-20 minutes for them to bring out what we were supposed to get for a meals and the return to change from the purchase. This is lousy service. This is very messed up. First, by taking back the large fries and the sandwiches. Then, making us wait probably closer to twenty minutes and i’m still sitting here as i’m writing this so it might end up being longer. I won’t be surprised. It doesn’t take that long to correct this issue. They wasted our time. No compensation for our time. I mean, they took back the large fries just to give a small fries when they probably threw away the large fries. And there was no apologies from this place. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a McDonald’s before. To top it all off, our food was cold by the time we got it. Thanks mcdonald’s. I hope the crew that you have working on 12/22/2025 at 3:55 am is fired for being the most horrible and disrespectful crew. We had finally got our food and could leave 4:35am. We ordered at the drive through. Again thanks mcdonald’s what a win.

In all honesty, the food i get here is USUALLY good. The fries and other food is typically of a decent temperature to hot unless you start getting close to 10pm. Then the double fry the chicken nuggets and French fries and they are awful. My main complaint right now is they have been completely out of soda for 3 weeks and if you get a beverage that isn’t soda with your meal, they upcharge you. The customers should not have to pay that up charge because you are out of soda. It’s not just the coke or sprite, it’s ALL soda. For 3 weeks… what the heck? This is not a problem at any of the other McDonalds in the area. They also ran out of 3/4 of the items that had monopoly game pieces 2 weeks before the game ended. I don’t know if a manager quit, or what, but get your act together. And who designed the layout for the drive thru? Always great to see traffic spilled onto 11&15 because they can’t pull in because the line is so long.

I just have to post a review for this place. I was there at 6:30 PM and the place was just insanely busy. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and the dining room waiting area was very full. After about 10 minutes I received my order and everything was perfect. The food was hot, fresh and correct. The entire team was just awesome! Even though they had people getting angry towards them they were excellent!

11/4/25 i stopped here for my kids to get food a little after noon. My son ordered an oreo mcflurry with his food. We were given our order with no spoon to eat his ice cream. I asked for a spoon from someone in a gray uniform (assuming manager) and was told very rudely that they were out of spoons as she walked quickly away. I stood there staring at a bucket of spoons on the ice cream machine and waited for the cashier to come past. I asked if i could have one of the spoons on the ice cream machine for my sons mcflurry. I was told that they are out of spoons and not allowed to give me the ice cream spoons for a mcflurry. So i had to How unprofessional can you be? If there is no spoons then you go get some spoons. Or you dont sell any mcflurries. I will never come back here. Worst service i have ever had at a mcdonalds. If they were employed at my business i would fire that cashier and manager both. If you cant handle customer seevice then you dont need to work in the food industry. I urge all other customers to choose a different mcdonalds, as i will be doing this myself in the future.

I get the same order each time and they ALWAYS mess it up… When I go to my local McDonald’s they have absolutely no issues no matter the time or day!! Yes EVERY TIME I order it here I have to double check it before I leave bc I have to go back to get it right…. Just disappointing when you are in a hurry and to know other locations have no issues AND I NORMALLY ORDER 4!!

I went around 10pm so fairly late in the day, The woman at the front counter was sincere and personable. She and the other employees were very quick with my order and my food especially the fries were fresh. They helped make my day a little bit better.
