It was a cold, rainy day when I decided to order two cheeseburgers, French fries, and a lemonade. My wait was short and very uneventful. The staff member who gave me my drink was very friendly and told me they hoped I would enjoy the lemonade.
A different staff member brought me my food. They looked me dead in the eyes and said, “You can be your biggest supporter or your own worst enemy.”
I had nothing to say, so I left. On the drive home, while eating my French fries, I came to appreciate the unexpected side of philosophy that came with my meal.

I went in to order a meal and smoothie. I was happy it wasn’t a long wait. That is till I saw my soda was only 3/4ths way filled with no ice. My food was cold, not even warm but cold. It’s very disappointing not only for me but others that have been going to this McDonald’s for years. Back then the staff was quick, the food was hot, everything was made perfectly, and was a positive environment. And the best it was cheap!! Everything is so expensive just to get cold food. What happened that it has taken THIS BIG of a turn.

If you want to spend $20 for 2 big macks, and fries. Here’s your place. What used to be a wonderful place for the holidays to enjoy a meal with friends and shoppers cheaply turns into a cash grab. No longer coming here. I would rather have a pizza melt from Pizza hut for same price, and better flavor. Didn’t know how much this franchise changed.. won’t be back.

Ordered a bacon double quarter cheese, realized that one of the two paties wasn’t well cooked. Spoke with the manager KAT explaining that one of the two paties felt different. She said that they only cook them from the outside.

This was not a good experience. I ordered breakfast meals for my crew at work. I was grateful they came in on a Saturday. The lids on the coffees would not seat on the cup right and caused me to spill one of them and burn the ISH out of my hand. At first I thought it was my clumsiness. I realized when I delivered them they were all like that and each one almost spilled. The lids just didn’t fit the cups and were very loose on top. The coffee was so hot My hand was red and swollen for 2 days. Ugh McDonald’s across the board are falling off. I went to Burger King the following 3 weekend mornings for snug fitting coffee lids and croissants. Ronald get your house in order.

Absolutely rancid. This was the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra pickles. The cheese was crunchy on the corners, the patty smelled like a garbage can, the onions were caked in the soggy bottom half of the burger, bun was burnt, no mustard. No way this was fresh. No way this should have been served to anyone.. and both of them looked like this so I ate nothing. I’m on my way to get my money back right now.

Absolutely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s.
We placed a mobile order for pickup — got charged instantly — but after waiting 15 minutes, our food never came out. My wife went inside to check and the manager casually told her they “didn’t get the order.” When she tried to show proof on her phone, he snapped back with, “I’m not touching your phone, call customer service.” No effort to help, no apology — just pure attitude.
We had a hair appointment for our little one, so we left frustrated and came back later. Thankfully, the other staff members took the time to investigate and confirmed the order was received after all. They were polite, understanding, and handled it professionally — unlike the manager who clearly needs serious customer service training.
If it weren’t for the kind and respectful team members who helped us later, this would’ve been a complete disaster.
Advice to management: Teach your managers to solve problems, not push them off to corporate.

I purchased a bar B que bacon quarter pounder meal and when I opened the container for my burger the bacon onions and BarB que were all not on the burger! Is it really that hard to put together a burger. I am very upset because it happens ALL the time at this McDonalds. Plus my medium fries 2 orders of them and they were both half full at best! With rising prices on everything and wages on the rise I expect my food the way I ordered it! I did take a picture of it but it’s not giving me the option to share the picture!

They have two drive up stations to place orders. Unfortunately, if you go to the wrong one, you may end up waiting five minutes while three cars pass you in the other line because the woman asked you to continue to wait without any explanation or setting any estimate for how long you’ll be waiting. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.
