Saturday we ordered 2 iced teas w/out ice; one sweet & one unsweet. The sweet tea looked really light in color compared to the unsweetened tea. When we got home, the sweet tea tasted watered down & not sweet at all.

This place has gone downhill. I ordered a chicken sandwich, quarter pounder, and happy meal. The quarter pounder had lettuce, tomatoes and mayo which is not normal and I just ordered the regular item so ??? The burger also tasted wrong and was not fully cooked so I had to just throw it away. Then i had 3 drinks and they just gave them without offering drink carrier. Finally, they always make you pull up front and then take 30 minutes to bring you the stuff and its still crappy. I won’t ever come back and you should go to a different location.

Five-star rating from me because the young man working this morning about 9:00 a.m. in the Drive-Thru was fabulous, Not only was he polite but he had a clean and orderly appearance and smiled! When you’re going through the drive-thru that person represents what’s happening Behind the Walls and this young man had it all together this morning. I don’t know him and I don’t often go to this McDonald’s so for me this was a very good visit. When I say goodbye to him I did mean what I said to him. I was glad that he was working today. More people need to do this for our young folks and as you can see by my comments on other reviews I’m pretty critical but I very much appreciate when our youth is this pleasurable as this young man was. I wish my local McDonald’s would pay attention to this

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and one mcchicken and a large fry. Get 2 cheeseburgers and fry and then correct them that we are missing sandwiches. We proceeded to sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes and then got told it’s not their problem that we are waiting so long on food. Terrible service for night shift

Order my food in drive-through. Staff wasn’t friendly. They parked me. Was parked for 30 minutes. Nobody brought my food out to my car. Had to go inside and request my meal. They gave my food to the wrong person. They refunded my meal. I will not return.

Going through drive thru, they totally forgot .our order. They pulled him to the side, so he got out a d went in. No one had a clue about what happened to the order. He reordered and guess what???!? They “lost” the order again. He requested his money back and they gave him a free Coke for the trouble. Sigh.
