I have no idea how this place stays in business. This store is about 15 minutes from my home, so I stop there occasionally. The success rate for getting an order correct is about 66%. The inside is dirty. Some of the employees are nice, Hard-working kids who just need a job. The leadership at this location is sad. I went inside one day, a few months ago, with an incorrect order, and there were tables with garbage on them, the soda station was dirty, and an ice cream sundae had fallen and melted behind the counter-and employees Were trying to walk around it. The manager was just standing there, giving orders to people, nobody was cleaning that mess. today I stopped to pick up a couple of hamburgers. I have attached a photo of one of the burgers I received. It looks like a bite has been taken out of it. I took this back, a friendly person called the manager, who was quite dismissive, told me it wasn’t a bite that it had just been “grabbed” and said she would make a new one and to move to the next window. I guess my question is this: why was that piece of meat even used in the first place? If you drive 15 minutes further into Lockhaven, it’s a completely different experience. The store is clean. The people are nice and the quality is good. This store? It needs a good cleaning and new leadership.

I just recently went into this McDonald’s and let me tell you I was not disappointed. From the excellent service to the amazing ketchup to go cups I could of have not had a better experience. They had the food out faster than a F1 pit crew. 100% recommend !

Machines to order are poorly done. Service is poor, people wait forever for any type of personal service… I used machine, no receipt after order completion. Had to ask burger lady for my number. It does not help when ordering is automated, but no paper to print order number in ordering machine. Major contribution to plastic garbage problem…

A usual stop for my family on our roadtrips across I-80. Good service, can be slow depending how much traffic comes in but rather quick. Clean restrooms! Kind staff!

This McDonald’s is awful for food quality.. where the hell are the onions and pickles that go on the cheeseburger?! If you call that pickles and onions your crazy.. the one and only pickle I got is the size of freaking penny.. drink order was wrong as well… I can’t imagine it’s hard to read a screen and then select the correct button at drink fountain but apparently it is..

Good place to stop in a semi truck usually but recently there are way too many trucks parking there and sleeping. You can’t even get into the truck parking lot because so many truck drivers are sleeping there. If you want breakfast don’t even think about stopping here because it’s a waste of a stop. I stopped at 9am and couldn’t even get into the drive. I really wish they would put a time limit on parking and ENFORCE IT at least during business hours so paying customers have a place to park.

We stopped by to use the bathroom and to grab food. We were told twice by an employee behind the counter that they would be with us shortly. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 other customers that came in and used the kiosk. Which I dont know how to use. Two women in red colored shirts were there. One came up to get receipts that printed out right by us at the register. And got told ” we will be with you shortly ” that never happened. We got tired of being treated like we didnt matter so we took our business elsewhere. I would not recommend stopping there. Very poor management.

Was clean on the inside. The same i believe manager who gave my free apple pie was loudly commenting about it in the back. Wasnt a fan of being the joke for them as i order more food. Didnt feel comfortable at all the then was handed a cold apple pie. Would have at least appreciated warming it up for 2 seconds. Instead i put it on my defroster to make it warm. Just lack of care for things that was sad to see food still taste ok but other mcdonalds do it better.

Visited this place twice in one day
First visit
Lunch 20 mins to get my food, poor to rude customers server. No clean tables. Saw three in employees and a disappearing manager. At one point I saw the manager it was because a person ordered enough food to need managers approval, and then I saw her go right back in the back.
Second time
Dinner very slow
The same messes on the floor as I saw at lunch, still no clean tables. This time no way to get ketchup without asking, no packets in a basket, no cups to pour ketchup.
Food took 5 or 10 mins to arrive.
Over all I think this place need some happiness and caring of the jobs.

Order wasn’t right – asked for no onions yet sandwich was covered in them, food was cold and tasted off, service took forever and lobby was cramped. Men’s bathroom was also unclean, and a stall door was missing a lock stop. Pretty appalling overall.
