Came here tonight because I had a $50 gift card. Kid at the window was obviously busy, I started ordering and there was no response and nothing appeared on the digital screen so I waited and then asked if he was ready for me to order. He replied in a tone implying he was waiting for me to order and when I told him I was just waiting because he hasn’t responded he said he was busy. I get to the window to pay he says my gift card isn’t active, I hadn’t checked it so I just paid with debit, I didn’t hold up the line. They gave us 3 sauce cups for 40 nuggets and a 4 piece strip meal – and the food was cold. Verified when I got home that the gift card is active and still has the full $50 balance. Definitely feels like he just didnt want to redeem my gift card because of the attitude when ordering. If only 1 of these things had happened I would give this location another chance but this isn’t my first poor experience here. I won’t be returning and I’ll spend that $50 gift card at another location. Ownership needs to read these reviews and actually take control of this location. It seems like most issues stem from poor management and lack of store support.

Don’t be in a rush if you stop here. Sitting in this particular drive through for 10+ minutes is a regular occurrence, even when they aren’t super busy. Doesn’t corporate have regulations for 75-90 seconds in the drive through, max? Writing this as I’m waiting to place my order. Sitting here for 10 minutes already.

Tried to do delivery, and called the store multiple times ahead of time because I knew the order might not come out right. And when nobody answered the phone, and the food got here, my expectations were proven right. Fries were cold and soaked with oil. The nuggets were cold and nearly hard as rocks. Shakes came out weird and weren’t properly mixed right. I even tried to call after the order, they still didn’t pick up. Most definitely last time ordering here, Nittany Mall’s is less of a train wreck than this place.

This place is a literal pile. Your order 90% of the time won’t be correct or assembled in the most unappealing manner. Waited 25 mins most recently for a 10 piece nugget and Big Mac only to get the Big Mac and it be assembled like this and only having 1.5 beef patties. What even?

The guy at the speaker an the window was super energetic and lively and super funny as well as the food came out fast and we got 4 sauces with our meal and the food was hot as well the other reviews feel very fake and off put for the place!

Woman at the window was super helpful but some dude named Matt was super rude and handing out cold food. Absolutely disgusting and this isn’t the first time he’s done this. Personally I wish I could avoid going here when he works and I know I’m not the only one.

Consistently messing up orders, handing out cold food, and just overall sucking at everything they do here. I’m never one to complain, but they’ve pissed me off so many times at this McDonalds that I’ve reached out to their corporate office about this location at this point.
