I have placed orders online at this McDonald’s multiple times where my order has been randomly canceled. I’ll place an order for breakfast and be told at 11:00 that my order can’t be made cause it’s not breakfast anymore (the order would have taken an hour). So cause it had to wait they just won’t make it. On top of this I’ve waited hours without call from anyone that there is a problem and my order gets randomly canceled. They make raw burgers as well and it has happened multiple times that I’ve gotten an inedible one. I’m tired of this shit. If I’m allowed to place the order online how hard is it to just make the food and hand it to the drivers instead of sending them away. And this only happens here. This stupid McDonald’s. Fix your system.

Well this might be the newest McDonald’s in our area it is by far the worst. I have tried a few times because it is the closest McDonald’s to where I live to order food from here and every single time my order is screwed up. Doesn’t matter if you use the mobile app and order ahead you are always waiting at least 10 minutes or longer to get your food. And your food is always cold when you get it. The staff is so unfriendly and seem extremely miserable.

Attempted to order here twice, sending my order in advance via the app. The first time, they made me wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes (for an order that consisted of two combo meals), and when I finally received my order, it was missing two items. That’s partially on me for not double-checking the bag before leaving, but still.
I tried again two weeks later. This time, the bag that was handed to me in the drive-thru was a completely different order that belonged to someone else. I took it inside and showed the order and my receipt to a cashier and they told me there was nothing to do about it and if I wanted what I already paid for, I’d have to pay for it a second time because they accidentally gave my order to someone else. No apology, no refund or discount, just a “yeah, we gave you the wrong order, but we’re not going to do anything about it.”
I’m unsure what’s going on with the staffing here, because I’ve never had this issue at any other McDonald’s. If you’re a local and desperate for a Big Mac, you’d probably be better off going a little further out of your way to a different McDonald’s.

Came through about 20 minutes ago. As a healthcare worker, I need coffee to keep going through the night. Used the app for a large iced sugar free vanilla with Splenda. Got to my destination to find out there’s no sugar free vanilla syrup or Splenda in it. Was the only customer. Don’t waste your money or time here.
