Yesterday around 1:10 pm,
It seemed like our order was about to be taken — until the employee saw who was in the car(Asian), and suddenly the headset went completely silent.
After waiting 3–5 minutes while other lane orders went through, we drove up to the window, still unheard.
When I asked why she didn’t respond, she insisted she did — then went to her manager and gave a rather creative retelling.
Truly fascinating customer service dynamics… silence has never spoken louder.

I enjoy the free soda and tea refills, and the staff member at the cashier, Joan, is very, very nice and has helped place my orders when the kiosks don’t work, which happens every now and then. I get a specialty sandwich made, and it is correct every time. Natalie, the staff member who almost always is the cashier in the first window of the drive thru, is EXCELLENT at keeping the line moving and placing my order correct. You can always tell when she is NOT working because the drive thru loan does not go as fact, and it’s very obvious that other staff member isn’t as efficient as Natalie. She is funny, down to earth, and always fun to see and talk to. Excellent customer service inside and in the dru thru. My specialty sandwich is hot and fresh.

What a joke! Kiosk had no paper, customers were waiting for an hour for a stupid Grinch box. Had to ask for a refund, which was fun because we didn’t know our order number due to the no paper issue. They just throw all the orders on the counter and it’s help yourself, basically take whichever bag you want. Never, ever going back to that crap show.

The drive through person was very nice. However, when we ordered hot coffee, we got iced coffee. I guess it is a small mistake, but wish they confirm the orderes before finalizing them.

I do enjoy some MacDonalds in the morning when travelling. It is about a mile off the highway, and the sign on the exit indicates that which is nice.

The place was busy, but they moved things along quickly, and the food was hot.

Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were busy. I waited over 10 minutes to get to the drive thru speaker, upon providing my code I was told they didn’t have that in their system. After some back and forth with the cashier I asked twice to speak to a manager and both times the manager refused to talk to me. I then left the speaker to go to the window which took another 15 minutes to get to the window and was then made to pay for my food a second time with the promise that the mobile order would be cancelled, but it never was and only after an email to corporate a week later did I finally get the mobile order refunded. From the time I pulled into the drive thru until I left with my food was 38 minutes total. Absolutely the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced in any setting.

I did already report it to customer care so that was worthless. They just referred me to the regional office who only refunded my money and did not address the service issues.

I’m a big fan of mcdonald’s, some would say i’m a mcmillionaire. Personally, this mcds was a disappointment. I placed a mobile order the other day and when I got my order, it was missing an item. I realized it was probably an honest mistake so I decided to go in the store to ask about it. I came in with my receipt and when I talked to the cashier, I was told that they need to see the bag. I’m a pretty understanding person so I went back to get it. When I came back no one was at the register and I see the cashier on the other side of the kitchen just looking at me like I was insane. I decided to stay for a bit. After realizing that no one was coming to help, I just decided to leave never getting my item.

I’m a frequent flier here and decided to get some food at an admittedly busy hour and my usual order is iced caramel coffee. When I got my coffee it did not have any milk nor the amount of caramel I had payed for which is fine I go enough it’s bound to happen, usually when it does i just ask and they make me a new one. Again fairly busy hour but when I asked what I assume was shift manager about my issue he says “Kay so you want some cream packets or what?” Simply a very unprofessional way of conducting that. I payed extra for a product I didn’t get and the solution was met with a groan and a handful of packets I mixed in my car.

I dont know what their deal is with uber eats and door dash, but anytime after midnight these people will not make the food, and drivers are constantly rotating, telling me the food isnt ready. They will not answer the phone past midnight either its so strange and its making me question their 24 hour protocol. Absolute madness and unfair to the customer and the multiple drivers whose time is wasted.

The last THREE times I’ve ordered here I always got the same thing: a McChicken and a Cheeseburger. No substitutions, just as they are. The last THREE times, my order came with no vegetation. No onions or pickles on the Cheeseburger (which is standard). No lettuce on the McChicken (which it needs to be good). The first two times, I figured it was just a mistake. Now that it’s happened three times, I realize it’s a trend of straight up laziness.
