ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE!!!! They make you order on a screen and can’t get your order right did 3 things wrong I came for a pleasurable experience and this is not what I got I thought it would be nice because it’s new but it was just horrible! AND THERE WERE NO WORKERS IN SIGHT this man there ordered one cookie and was atleast waiting for 25 min+ and he couldn’t get help because there were no workers!! Do better!!!! DO NOT COME HERE

Im aware this is just a fast food restaurant but how hard could it be to get an order correct?? The past 3 times ive been here (within the past 1-2 months) they get my order completely wrong. Even forgetting french fries for both MEALS.. Today I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, a 2 cheeseburger meal & 2 snack wraps. I received a Big Mac & a Quarter Pounder, no fries.. ridiculous

I have had this clerk before and I’m not sure why he is still working.
He always moves like a snail.

Make sure you have correct change or order ahead. It seems like the walk ins are last to be served unless you are doordash and flash your phone. They also don’t know how to count your change and give no pennies at all.

Takes 1 minute to get order taken/tell the employee your mobile order #. After that, anywhere from 2 minutes to 20 minutes waiting. Maybe showing my age with this comment, but perhaps it might be more important to pay attention to the customer, instead of what’s playing in your ear.

We went in to get food for dinner. The place was trashed no clean tables and asked someone to clean it just got stared at like I did something wrong. Lmao. Not only that food was all luke warm and the employees yelling at each other and getting into a physical dispute. Yeah this place wasn’t like this. No way am I coming back to this mcdonalds. Also our favorite drink was out and no ice at all in the lobby fountains drinks. Absolutely horrible.

Hair in my burger. Cooked into it. So big i question if it was on purpose because there is no way someone didn’t see this. Asked for refund and haven’t received it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this second shift team. Using the app is why its so difficult to get a refund. Going through customer service i thought i had the issue resolved but they haven’t contacted me again as they said they would. It’s been days. Disgusted with you guys. Over $7~ BTW. You can keep the money at this point and this review.

Hashbrown hardly cooked, my mcmuffin wasnt toasted at all. Both of my burritos were cold! Could not eat any of my breakfast. I hardly ever come to McDonald’s cause of wasting money in the past and I just dont care for it anymore but I do like their breakfast once in a while. The past 2 times have been horrible. I know how it can be to work in the fast food industry but my order was not difficult and it was not busy.

Absolutely the most incompetent staff Ever! Does this store owner not read reviews and incredibly embarrassing Facebook posts? I couldn’t hear the person working the drive thru while ordering because it sounded like she was standing in the middle of a fully loaded playground. She got an attitude with me for not hearing my order correctly. I wonder why she couldn’t?!?! I paid for another meal I NEVER even ordered.
Get it together. Wow!
