Terrible service. I placed and fully paid for my order online in advance, and it consisted of only a burger and fries. Despite that, I still waited about 32 minutes in the Drive-Thru. There was zero response at the speaker, and my order customizations were completely ignored. I paid extra for additional ingredients and received a basic burger instead. Only go here if you have no other choice (unfortunately, almost all McDonald’s in the city are closed at night).

30+ minute wait in the drive through for an online order, staff that every time I visit this location seem miserable and just do not care. Consistently getting orders incorrectly. Only reason this place still has business is because it’s McDonalds.

If I didn’t have to give the review a star, I wouldn’t. I submitted a mobile order for a coffee and a few McChickens on the app, went to pick it up, and sat in the drive-thru of this “fast food” establishment for 25 minutes. I couldn’t afford to wait anymore, so I went to cancel the order and leave the line, but was unable to because they were already “preparing my order” (NOT!). Since I could not cancel the order, I went in to retrieve it, and the door was locked. Mind you, this was on a Saturday evening, and according to their website, the restaurant and the lobby hours are open 24 hours (I went in around 9:25 PM), so clearly the staff locked the doors purposely or just haven’t updated store hour notices. The staff were inside, but some were preoccupied socializing with their boyfriends, whom they let in. Another customer who was also waiting saw me and let me in and of course continued waiting as well. I stood at the register being ignored while one of the staff was messing around with a group of boys for about 10 minutes, till the annoyance couldn’t be bottled up anymore, and I asked one of the employees if I could grab my food they were “preparing”, to which he stated he didn’t see the order despite it being on my phone. I walked out and immediately reached out to corporate, just trying to get my money back. They responded and said they were going to reach out to the local leadership and would follow up with me. Did they? Nope! 72 hours later, they closed my ticket and didn’t give me a refund. In short: Unless you have a bunch of time to waste, don’t mind employees gaffing you off to talk to boys, and are cool about being lied about receiving your order, so they won’t have to prepare your order or give you a refund, then this is the place for you. Corporate won’t care either, so don’t even bother. My advice: Go somewhere else!!! There’s likely another franchise down the street or another organization that values your business a minute up the road.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this has to be the most unprofessional and disgusting place ever. The staff is nasty, they respond nasty, always have attitudes, and can never seem to do their job properly ! yall get paid FOR A REASON. There have been multiple occasions during the day where my order just simply isn’t done right even after I’m forced to wait more than 25 minutes at a FAST food restaurant might I add. If you do pick up or drive thru it doesn’t matter, the staff are still nasty and rude. Even when I order at night! They don’t give full portions my extras were not included in my order (extra toppings in McFlurry, extra burger topping, and or any side sauce) seems like they just have a nice group of incompetent workers and they don’t care they should do better! Or just pay them less since they can’t do it right the first time

Wheelchair Accesible, wheelchair parking center sidewalk curb cut , single manual man trap style doors , drive thru in App ordering payment eat in take out. No pandemic precautions observed it was clean and sanitary , open public WiFi access , hi chairs for little people available .mens room was clean and Accesible both wheelchair Accesible toilet stall with Koala baby changing station on wall as well as urinal and sink . The interior was different than either broad street or Buffalo road , it lacked my preferred high top tables but wherever they got there in store music it had a really nice 80’s flavor . It was decorated sparsely what was there was inviting, in the man trap entry it had like faded old pay phone wall paper that maybe due to my age ,I enjoyed . In dinning area it was birds ( all mostly color matched to traditional McDonalds color palette ) .it was nicely lit with security cameras inside and out.edit forgot to mention this location does not have a soda /beverage station that’s publicly Accesible

One star, because I never got my food. I went after midnight. Not the employees’ fault. THIS PLACE IS UNDERSTAFFED AND IT TOOK THREE HOURS FOR MY ORDER TO BE CANCELED. DON’T BE OPEN TWENTY FOUR HOURS IF YOU’RE GONNA BE THIS BACKED UP! Your employees ARE PEOPLE! NOT SLAVES!

I don’t like the fact that Uber eats and all those other food delivery services take priority over in person customers. They make you stand there while they scramble around for drive through and food delivery services, and when they finally get to you they are short work you and act frustrated like your being an inconvenience to them.

Not bad the food is okay, it is 24 hour and well if you go at night you know how bad it is, one thing I will mention is service, it was terrible one time I went at night and no idea what the hell was wrong with the manager he was rude and disrespectful, I’m blind in my left eye I cannot see so it becomes hard to see things, so instead of distrubing staff I decided to use my phone and zoom in on their little screen that shows the order list to see how far along my order is and for some reason that manager talked rudely he thought I was taking photos even when I explained he was overall terrible I felt like I was bullied for my blindness, I would definitely sue if I could afford it.

the hours aren’t listed online for lobby, but I’m sure there’s no way they close as early as 7pm? does management know about this? people have to walk through the drive through, and the drive through times are insane, while quality of the food you just waited 20 minutes for seems 2 hours old and hard.

This place is an absolute joke. They treat every delivery driver like a POS. They keep us locked out of the building, stare at us while we are standing outside of the door trying to get an order, and when we go to the drive through they tell us to enter in the locked doors and still dont let us in.
