Decided to retry this McDonald’s despite my previous horrible experience. I figured it’s been months and for sure with all the other bad reviews franchisees owners and corporate McDonald’s would’ve done something.
Man I was WRONG!!!!!
2 cars in drive-through I was 3 car. Ordered my food and then pulled around that’s when I saw the other two cars one car was pulled ahead and the other car was sitting at the window waiting in line over 10 minutesI before number 1-2 car got their food. I would assume they were probably waiting there over 30 minutes….
I pulled up paid and Receive my food. I asked if sauce was in the bag and the employee responded I don’t know I didn’t pack it… I looked and nope no sauce. I asked for more sauce and proceeded on my way. When I got home and opened up all my food I realized the basket of fries was about the size of a small from and my Large fry container was in between a small and a medium. 6 peice nuggets were only a 4 and looked like they haven’t changed the oil in weeks. My recommendation to anybody in the area don’t go here starve yourself you’re better off. The franchisee owner should be ashamed of this Establishment they’re well aware of the reviews and they do nothing to fix it.
The worst! 25 minutes wait always to get your food. The food is always wrong, missing and cold.
Not to mention the employees filthy dirty fingernails!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes for 2 double cheese, 20 nuggets & 2 small fries.
6 cars passed out of the drive thru where I saw the employee hand MY food out to 2 people where they said the food was not theirs.
After waiting 25 minutes at the railing I went in for my food, they handed me the wrong order..drinks & all, everything wrong. When asked where my order was..they brought me my order after ‘looking’ for it for 5 minutes. Drove 2 minutes home down the road, cheeseburgers cold. Fries cold & soggy. Nuggets ALSO cold. When I questioned the MANAGER, she told me to ‘get an application’.
Mind you, there were 5 people in the lobby who had also not gotten their order.
Horrible management, horrible customer service.

I ordered breakfast for me and my two-year-old daughter with my card took the money off of my card and they never had proof that I ordered even though it clearly came off my card. And you can see it, did needless to say, never got our food. The customer service is unprofessional. I would never go there again.

Had cheeseburgers with friends, they were absolutely terrible.. the burgers were dried out. Hardly any condiments. Way below standards. Felt sick afterwards.

I made my order thru the app and went to pick it up on my lunch break, thru the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to get my food. The drink was watery and the food was cold. Why call it fast food if it’s not fast. I wish there were people there that really care about the customers and the food quality. That location is in need of new management. Most of the time I get old lettuce and mayonnaise that doesn’t taste right. I bring it up to management and all they can say is sorry. But nothing changes.

Don’t ever come to this McDonalds. Drive thru is always busy but the franchise owner doesn’t staff it properly. Tell me in McDs world where avg car wait time is 6mins. Morning, day, or night. Even with a mobile app order so there is almost zero interaction at the speaker. Unless you have ten minutes of your life you can waste waiting, don’t come here. Let the business go under.

My family and I were up from Pittsburgh on a vacation and we stopped by this McDonald’s. We were THOROUGHLY impressed with not only the fresh, fast food, but also the friendly, hard working staff and clean restaurant! My wife commented numerous times about how clean the restaurant looked. The staff was very friendly and attentive too! I’d rate it higher if I could, definitely a McDonald’s worth visiting!
