Used a reward to get a big Mac after not eating all day. Had somebody pick it up for me and once It got home to me the burger was hard and seemed burnt. It was only a 10 to 15 minute commute. I don’t think sitting in the bag burned it, very upset and I got extra Mac sauce and there was no extra Mac sauce on it. Which, if there had been maybe the burger wouldn’t have been so atrocious. This is a horrible way to serve your customers. The burger was horrible. Hopefully I get compensation for this tragic lunch

Service was terrible sit at a window for 10 minutes and no one opens it then pull up to the next window and see the lady in the mirror opens the window behind them the lady at the second window is confused on are meal that we ordered. Then find what we ordered which Ordered my daughter a happy meal and didn’t get any French fries in it when we got home. Waste of money and time!

I bought a Big Mac meal today and I took the top bun off to see if there were pickles, only to discover a literal BITE taken out of the top patty. I was absolutely disgusted. When we took it back to McDonalds, the manager was incredibly rude. I wanted a full refund for my entire order because WHY would I want my family to eat any of the food I bought after I found that? The best she would do, after A LOT of pushback, was refund the sandwich. Not even the meal. Just the sandwich. She even said this happens all the time there and there is nothing she can do about it. Um. I think there is probably something you can do to avoid your employees serving partially eaten food, Ma’am. The customer service was almost as disgusting as that patty.

This is the nicest McDonald’s I have been in in a loooooong time! I’m from NY (western) and those McDonald’s restaurants leave A LOT to be desired. The food was fresh, good and fast. The restaurant was clean and the staff actually knew how to work in customer service. Good job!

They sold us a sandwich with a bite taken out of it, the manager was a piece of work and made no effort to properly fix the situation and it was plainly clear that she didn’t give a rip about her customers. The cashier there would have helped but was overruled by the manager. Customer service is NOT valued at this location

So I never ever make reviews for places, but this was so bad I had to while I’m sitting at my tray. My food looked and tasted so old and my pie was cold. On top of there was two other people in there besides us and almost every booth was dirty, it smelled so bad, and it was like I ate 3 day old reheated food. I’ve genuinely never had a worse experience at any McDonald’s.

This is not a comment on fast food workers. We all do what we have to do. This is a comment on the restaurant. I have never come here and ever gotten my food within a reasonable time or even gotten my order right. Not once. And I know these employees don’t care. Why would they? Terrible job, terrible company. But this review is to let you know that in a pinch, you could do better for fast good. There’s a Wendy’s across the street.
I have lowered the review to one stars. Sometimes ALL you want is an actual coffee. That is a coffee with LIGHT cream option. The lowest option before black. I’m done. This place blows. Go elsewhere and save yourself small town resentment.
