I can’t eat to much food from MickeyD’s especially the fries. The service is amazing tho. Prices stink. I can remember buying a value meal for 5 or 6 bucks. Tell me what you have added to the meal to make it so much more! You have actually made burgers way smaller. Do better.

Went through the drive thru after work and my total came to $16.54. I gave them 50 dollars and they gave me $3.50 back for my change. Then when they went to give me the correct change they still couldn’t do that. They gave me $29.50 in change when I should have had $33.46. They literally stole $3.96. I live in Franklin and I will never go back to that Mac Donald’s again. They tried stealing over 30 dollars from me and still managed to steal money from me in the end

Do a mobile order and was sent the the 3rd window.. just to be completely ignored! Told 3 different times they were still waiting on our cookies.. lets not included they kept giving some sort of hot sauce instead of ranch like we requested multiple times.

They can mess up your order 7/10 times but the one time you actually say something about it they give you attitude. They forgot my extra bacon like they do all the time on my McGriddle and today I finally said something when I ordered and you could tell after that they had a bunch of attitude. Then the last couple weeks the sweet tea has been so bad not sweet and it taste like it was made with bad tap water and finally today asked to switch my medium sweet tea out with a small orange juice and the manager said “no you payed for a sweet tea” which I understand and I told her it didn’t taste right and she proceeded to tell me “Noo I just drank some and it tasted fine”. Sent me on my way didn’t ask to refund the sweet tea or maybe get me something else. Done going to McDonald’s period after today.

I went through the drive thru and asked for a mcdouble add mac sauce and they forgot to add it so I went in and politely asked them to add it to my sandwich. They kept offering me free this, free that, I said no thank you, I’m not upset or anything. I jus like my mcdoubles with mac sauce so they apologized for the wait and handed me a new mcdouble with mac sauce. I get to my car and see this! I am disgusted! I wasnt upset AT ALL with their mistake until they did this to me.. I asked to add mac sauce, not to smother my sandwich with it! I took it back in and told them I didn’t want it and ended up walking out empty handed! The bun was soggy and I was highly annoyed. I will NOT be going back!

Waited over a half hour for our food. Asked numerous times for our food and was ignored. Tables were NOT clean by any standards. Not to mention, workers were standing on the tables and not cleaning them after. Very disgusted.
