the food is always fine, decent cleanliness, and employees are never rude. With children they will always pick MCDs over any other place so it’s nice knowing the menu never changes and I’m a big fan of the pies especially holiday and pumpkin. I’ve waited embarrassingly too long for them I only will eat breakfast items. Wish they would serve a limited breakfast menu all day

My girls love getting to go to McDonalds as a treat for dinner! It’s nostalgic for me as a 90s baby! We stopped by this week to try the new McCrispy tenders and we had a pretty large order with 4 of us! Some of the employees and everyone were super friendly and attentive and even came over to our table to see if we needed anything else and refilled out drink for us!
I will say the manager seemed a little overwhelmed/not as friendly and Service was a little slow but they were also very decently busy!
The new McCrispy chicken tenders were really good especially when paired with the new creamy chili sauce!

I dont know what it is at this McDonalds in kittaning. I order a sandwich no veggies of any type same order every time. I have OAS, can’t havr them. Mon-Fri before 7pm on Friday my food is made right. Not a spec of veggie insight.
7pm Friday hits and all care goes out window.
Onions typically. Today lettuce. Like I can kinda understand onions. Burger typically comes with it. But seriously lettuce? Mcdoubles dont get lettuce
I work on the road and not many choices where to eat around here.
I’d rather not die today thx. Calling there how are we doing phone number, talking to manager, or anyone does no good. It’s a health risk. Croscontamination

I was at this location twice in the last two weeks for breakfast. Usually I go to the Craft House down the road but early mornings thought I would stop in for breakfast. The dinning room has been absolutely freezing EVERY time. Keep in mind I keep my house furnace set at 67. Every time. I will have to find a different place for early morning breakfast

The girl at the window was so rude. She slammed the window after she was done handing us our card back. She wouldn’t acknowledge anything I said. The wait was kinda long. I get if you’re having a bad day. But the staff are constantly so unfriendly and so rude. Overall they have very rude staff here and personally made me feel unwelcome. Do better.

if i could i wouldnt give any stars we order everything off the Monopoly pieces which normally cost more and we never got any of the Monopoly stickers we got told we don’t have any which is bullshit. We got told it was bullshit multiple other franchises they forgot our happy meal. I went in and said something and then they’re like well we gave it to you and they never got our kids happy meal when they brought us are food till i went in and said somthing i asked for Extra pickles are one of our burgers and I did not get any pickles. I get fast food isn’t supposed to be perfect however, the last 2 times I’ve went to this McDonald’s, their lettuce looked like their napkins and even after I took it off I got sick. I’m about to pop pregnant man, this has been my biggest craving and I can’t even eat here because either they are keeping it in the hot well too long or aren’t checking their products. And it’s not just a quick throw up and sitting in the bathroom for a while. It is 2 days of feeling like I have food poisoning. Definitely won’t be eating at this McDonald’s again.

I really love it here. I rate dance competition experiences an I come here every time I go to one comp. The food is great the hospitality is perfection and it’s just a good feeling for me knowing I’m about to work my butt off all weekend. Everyone there deserves a raise.

The manager is rude and they will throw your mobile order away if you don’t show up within 5 minutes. And the front counter service is terrible.
