If I could rate 0 stars I would, half of the staff was rude, minus a few. And I get home, finally start my meal only to find an entire soggy paper towel in my cup, as someone who used to work in fast food I understand accident happen, however theres logically no way you accidentally put an entire paper towel in a drink. Im very upset and unsatisfied, I drank paper towel, and have no idea where it’s been. Absolutely disgusting. I have no way of returning as it’s not near home, I am very disappointed.

Extremely slow. Always takes FOREVER. They pull literally every single car in the drive through like they don’t ever have shit ready. I’ve sat at the speaker as they literally have every car hold them nobody says anything for 5-10 minutes. You can spend 30-45 minutes in the drive thru line. Absolutely terrible. Will not be coming back anymore.

Always slowwwwwwwww. Today I tried to go through the drive through and the drive through employee was outside smoking. No one else inside would help me and she wanted to finish her cigarette before she would help me. I used to smoke and have worked in fast food, there were days I didn’t get cigarette breaks. That’s just the way it goes when you have a job. But when I want to grab my daughter fast food on my way to a doctors appointment and you expect me to wait for you to finish your cigarette, that’s unacceptable. This McDonald’s is horrible and this was the last straw.

You know what I love??? Good quality fast food. McDonald’s is known for their breakfast items, First time I’ve been given poor quality food from here, but boy when it’s bad it’s bad. My hashbrowns are so greasy they leaked all over the other items in my bag. The kicker is they aren’t even crispy!!!!! McMuffin one side of the sausage is dark and other barely griddles brown.

I went their today for a quick bit to eat but it turned into a no food ordeal. Placed our orders at around 4:15, and not a lot of people where inside nor in the drive thru. We waited and waited, others got their food but not us. We asked after standing for 25 minutes and they said “sorry we cant do anything, my best course of action is to wait till its done.” That response shocked me, so we waited about another 10 minute and watched yet again other people get their food before us. We finally took the loss and just got a refund because that was literally ridiculous and very unprofessional.

This McDonald’s is terrible. The staff Are incapable Of time management and prioritization, which results in 15 minute wait times In a drive-through. Absolutely unacceptable. They are incredibly rude and the food is almost always cold and the ice melted in my drink by the time I get it. The food is thrown together, as if they throw it at a wall. This location needs to be closed and forgotten. It’s a lost cause.

This Is THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD’S DO NOT GO THERE. I called an explained that my biscuit wasn’t edible that I threw my biscuit out the window and consumed the inwards. Talkin bout bring your biscuit back. After the first employee decided not to listen to what I had to say and LITERALLY threw the phone down not responding or even asking me to hold….This place is trash and why the hell do they deserve better wages when they can’t even make a BUSCUIT. NICE.
