They constantly get orders wrong. I’ve had breakfast burritos that were still cold inside. The women’s restroom absolutely reeks of a sewer and has for a very long time. A man overdosed right there in the open. Nothing positive to say about this cesspool.

They took forever to take my order at the drive through. Made my order and waiting forever again to pay. Pulled up to get my food and they made me park and wait. I waited for my food and they brought the wrong food out to my car then I had to wait forever again to finally get the right food. I drive for Door dash and this is the only store in western PA and eastern OH that I will not deliver food from.. even with management change a couple months ago it’s still a joke. I see customers ignored by employees.. unprofessional actions and language from employees and of course the wait for food is insane not only for delivery drivers but dine in and drive thru regardless of how busy it is.

The Ice Cream machine is always broken and the employees don’t care about you if you’re not in the drive thru line. Plus every time I go in there the tables are dirty and the floors are nasty.

Always wait forever in the drive thru even when I order online they still have me pull to the side and wait just because they want to get their wait times lower and then half the time the order isn’t even right ,in my opinion all of the employees need better training !!! This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Not only do they mess my order up every time I go there, but the food is also disgusting! Fries are cold and stale. Me and my husband had to throw them away they were so gross. The chicken on my chicken sandwich was almost black! And it’s so small it doesn’t even fit on my bun. It’s a waste of money and I’ll never go here again. Which is sad because it’s 2 minutes from my house, but I’d rather go out of my way to eat somewhere else before I ever eat food from here again.
