It is 1:57 pm on January 12th 2026, I ordered food online and whenever I got to the speaker whoever is running that drive thru needs to learn customer service. I felt rushed as she was rushing during our interaction on the speaker. I wanted to add something on my order but I was rushed so I did not have a chance to. Definitely will not come back to this location. That is why this location has a google rating way below a 4. I guess customer service is not part of their day to day job. Definitely would not recommend

This McDonald’s is terrible. Night employees are not nice. They constantly close early. Hours are different on the app and on google than they are actually open. I’ve been here 2-3 times at 10pm when everything says they are open till 11pm. Let’s me place mobile order and they are closed. I’ve gotten here at like 9:40 trying to get here before they “close” and they just wouldn’t take my order. Just waited til I left. I was a shift leader for 3 years at a McDonald’s and we woulda got SCOLDED for that bs. Not ok. Stable hours is what builds businesses. Now I’m just gonna always go to Sheetz cause I never know if this one is open.

Holy moly today is the day that they made the perfect fries ever. The perfect amount of salt, the crispy yet soft texture. Whoever made these better get a raise immediately.

I tried going to the dining room at 8:10 and they said they were close . I was pointed to the drive thru rudely but there was no ice cream . So I ended up being frustrated and leaving.

What was impressive was the burger looked like, tasted like, a burger. The fries we’re as expected. The surprise was everything was Hot. McDonald’s in Canada is not a place I regularly go to. Too bad the Canadian locations can’t replicate our experience in the states.

If I could rate it negative stars I would! Visited family for Thanksgiving and finally otw home after a beautiful reunion to be met with racism. No one greeted me and my brother and they let our order sit on the counter didn’t even call it! We had a baby waiting in the car in 30 degree weather. I called to get the name of the GM and the girl on the phone lied and wanted to argue with me. Very racist if you are black please don’t

Worst McDonalds ever. Must order on screen , with no sign on the counter stating so. ( We saw at least 6 people leave frustrated lack of no one to take their order after standing there minutes with no one coming over) . We oder by the kiosk, then waited 20 minutes to get our food as car by car kept getting their orders with at least a 12 of them being orders well after ours was placed . What a poor managed store.
