Well considering there was at least 5 people I could see. I waited for someone to acknowledge me at counter for almost 5 minutes. Went to go get a refreshing soda because it was hot out and there was no ice but I was still charged for a drink though the drink only costed $1.49 and I didn’t really care for a refund I feel it could have been offered. I took a cheeseburger back up as it wasn’t ordered how I asked and here again I had a manager ignore me and I’m assuming another kind of manager who had a dark blue shirt did the same. The cashier who did acknowledge me was very kind and polite and made my eat out a Lil better. Sometimes all it takes is kindness!!!!!

I’d rate a full 0/5 if I could. Drive through is passable at best and if you’re inside expect extremely slow service cold as ice french fries melted ice cream and don’t expect any modifications that you make to items to be listened to or correct and expect to be ignored throughout the entire process. Hell they might just clear your order off the screen and refuse to make it until you whip out your recipt or ask for a manager to speak to. I generally don’t pull age into the mix however it seems that an entire shift that is always stacked together is entirely made out of 1415 and 16 year olds I know that these age ranges can do good work however it seems that the entire staff at that time does not care. Ordered apple slices in 2 happy meals and one of them didn’t have them. The chicken nuggets looked like they were either overcooked or sat in the tray for a while. They were very hard and had a whitish crush that crumbled away when you touched it. We didn’t receive straws for our drinks as well. Seems like every time we go there the food is either old or the order is messed up. Will not return to that location anymore.

Stood at the order desk for five minutes. One girl who was identified as a trainer looked over and saw me at least twice and turned her head back. Finally, I ask is anybody working here out front? She said she would help me and the food came quickly after that. You shouldn’t have to stand there that long once an employee sees you, right?

Going anytime is a nightmare, they are so focused on drive thru times that they send every car to the parking lot and make you wait 15+ minutes for your food. Half the time they never give drinks at the window, and it’s a 50/50 shot that you’ll actually get the drink when they bring the food out if they bring anything out.

i order a crispy chicken sandwich and i never order at this mcdonald’s cuz they are always bad i wanted to give them another chance and they messed up the sandwich looked like they dropped it on the floor, i ordered a root beer no ice i got a diet coke with ice and the chicken nuggets were burnt and the fries were cold. 0/10 won’t eat there again

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Constantly serve stale buns, even when you take the burger back to them and tell them the bun is stale and hard They will just give you another stale bun and call it a day. They need to hire actual experienced adults rather than these teenagers who barely care about they job. I rarely leave bad reviews on company’s but this McDonald’s fail me every single time. They need to hire a whole new staff
