We walked in at closing at noon on Thanksgiving not knowing they were closing. They were very friendly and accommodating as we were visiting from NJ. We even received some free hash browns and pies for free. Thank you so much for taking care of our family. Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

This has got to be the worst designed McDonald’s… Or the staff just doesn’t care about customers.
There is never an employee at the register. You have to wait or place your own order.
There is no condiments or napkins, no refills … Well unless again you stand and you wait for someone to finally pay attention . At which point they are typically bothered by the fact that you as for something.
Neither of the kioks provide receipts, the tables, all 8 of them, are dirty.
Ironically there are more tables outside than inside, might I point out that the is PA!!!!
Do better !!! Remember there are people that still like to go into a restaurant. It’s not just about drive thru and door dash!!!

My daughters and I had a very pleasant first experience at this new location. We loved sitting at the little outdoor patio with covered tables and potted flowers. Deshaun took very good care of us. He kindly took out our trays and checked the o see how we were, once bringing my daughter smiley masks. He came out again to ask if he could help us clean the table. It’s rare to see service like this! Love our new Friday hot spot.

Food never arrived. Used the app. Walked in to check and was waived off. Nobody ever waited on me. Even when I peaked around the corner, into the kitchen. They just sent me away. My last 4 experiences with curbside has gone like this. Twice I had to walk in a get my order, once I got out of my car to walk in and I met my meal half way and today I left empty handed after waiting 10 minutes. I use the app a lot at a lot of different locations. Not going back to this one which is so close to my house.

They had a woman in there complaining about a bottle of water. She was trying to walk behind the counter and kept arguing with them! My order ended up getting delayed while they dealt with her. Finally I was able to get out of there before the end of the water fight!

This place has really changed. No one greats you, or takes your order. Everything is on kiask. The men’s bathroom sink did not work at all no matter how much I tried the faucet would not come in in anyway so I ended up with soap all over hands. Any they no longer have napkins out to try and wipe off so just had to wipe on my clothes and I’m not that kinda person. It also made me wonder how men employees are washing hands after using the restroom. I definitely decided not to order any food. I had ordered a Frappe and it allowed me to order on the kiosk then I find out that the machine is down. Then take the option off the kiosk , I have been to other locations and when it is down it doesn’t allow you to order it. A very disorganized place. The inside dinning area was dirty. Every table was fealthy. I don’t know that I would ever come back to this location.

Took my neices here today. Fries were fresh, food was good but the best part of our visit was Martha, the woman who greeted us when we entered the door and took our order. She was so nice and welcoming. Very helpful and took our order in a fast timely manner as well.
