⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a genuinely great experience at the Blairsville McDonald’s. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and exactly how it should be.

First off, the staff here deserves real credit. Everyone was efficient, accommodating, and clearly on top of their job. Even during a busy period, my order was taken correctly, prepared quickly, and served with a good attitude—which honestly makes a huge difference these days.

The food itself was fresh and hot. Fries were perfectly cooked and HOT and the sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. It’s clear they care about consistency and quality here, because nothing felt rushed or sloppy.

I also want to highlight how great the McDonald’s mobile app experience was at this location. Ordering through the app made everything incredibly easy—no confusion, no waiting around, and I was able to use my rewards seamlessly. The app is honestly one of the best fast-food apps out there, and this location executes mobile orders really well. My order was ready on time and exactly correct, which tells me they take those orders seriously instead of treating them like an afterthought.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. That’s another detail that says a lot about management and pride in the store.

Overall, this Blairsville McDonald’s is doing things the right way. Friendly staff, accurate orders, fresh food, and a smooth mobile app experience make this an easy 5-star review. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend this location to anyone passing through or stopping in regularly.

I’m in Blairsville only 1 time a wk for work. Usually on Saturdays. However once I clock in I can’t leave (like most ppl). I travel for work and usually go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s for breakfast. It’s bad enough that being a non flesh eater I have to modify my sandwich to get no meat but I still am paying for it as like I’m consuming it (which is the part of the sandwich that is the most expensive) but when I “edit” my meal to have no sausage or bacon…then I don’t bother cking my food and just drive away bc the other 3 McDonald’s I frequent during the work wk has not yet in the past 2 yrs ever put meat on my sandwich if the receipt says clearly “NO MEAT”, i guess i just don’t expect that mistake especially 2 wks in a row. Its not opposite day for gosh sake. I know mistakes happen and we are human. However, Oct 11 2025 & Oct 18, 2025 it happened…meat on my sandwich. The second time I did ck it before i left. I was also late for work bc they were so busy I waited 37min for my sandwich and 2 hashbrowns …then had to wait for a new sandwich to be made w/o meat. They didn’t offer me new hashbrowns so those were ice cold by the time I went to eat them&my place of business is exactly a min&half away. So that speaks volumes for how long I waited. I didn’t even say anything about the meal the wk before that I couldn’t even eat bc of the sausage on the sandwich. Why edit the order if nobody is going to pay attention? I know the food industry isn’t fun or easy at times. My husband was a regional manager for a few restaurants. When your busy rushing Def ends up backfiring. U have to find that pace where if you slow down enough to read the slip, bc in the end saves you double work. The girl who was on register I hope was making enough money. She was dealing with everyone. Most times that is way worse than cooking. If it wasn’t for her (&I ordered on the kiosk) I wouldn’t have ever gotten my meal on the 18th. It was sitting somewhere, never came up on tbe screen as being prepared or ready so yeah I’m not sure if it is a training issue or lack of help but she definitely is a keeper. What bothers me is they didn’t even bother to offer me a coupon or reimburse me for anything. I’m not out for free stuff either (or I would have called about the meal the wk before that I couldn’t eat for the same reason) but sometimes when ppl wait 3 min shy of a half hr then have to wait even longer bc the order is wrong…something should have been offered. This sorta makes me want to try the burger King up the rd. Hopefully you guys get the training issues resolved or more employees. I really hate to give any negative feedback, but 2 wks in a row is a little much.

This has to be one of the best mcdonalds in Pa. all of their food was very fresh and tasted amazing. We had to get a really complicated order, and they got everything right unlike a bunch of other mcdonalds that forget stuff.

We was in Thursday around 5 and ordered food which took forever to get they was apparently already back up with the drive through nothing was printed on receipts it was blank manger sent someone on break while there was like 4 to 5 people still waiting for food to pick up slow as a turtle getting stuff done it was horrible to watch a little boy wait almost half hr to get his dinner will never return , horrible staff

Ordered a Big Mac no pickle no onion I drive all the way home to open up my Mac box for the slip to say only cuz and only lettuce yeah their no pick n onion but they didn’t put Mac sauce on ! I call to let them know they messed up and their fax machine is blaring I tell them I’ll call right back they take the phone off the hook!!! I called for 20 mins straight and I got nothing but a busy signal!! Absolutely terrible service except the kind girl that was handing food out of the window!!!!

Normally I get good service at this McDonald’s in Blairsville on route 22. The place did not look busy. It was 1:30pm. 5 cars were in front of me in the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered a number 9 which is two cheeseburgers, fries and a coke. When I get to the window to pick up, I was ask to pull ahead. The young lady told me that they had to make more burgers. She gave me my coke and I pulled forward to wait for my food. 5 minutes later when the lady brought my food out, I told her that the coke tasted watered down. She did offer to get me something else. I told her that I already waited too long and had to get going. My two cheeseburgers were really greases. They were not fresh. They tasted awful. McDonald’s, you can do better. Ray Kroc would except better. Chris Kempczinski who is the CEO of McDonald’s could careless about the customer.

What a joke. Drive thru line was so long thought going in would be faster only to find out I had to place my order at a kiosk. Then had to wait at least 15 minutes to get my order which the fries were cold and the cheeseburger bun was stale. They even have the nerve to charge $1.49 for a cup of ice water, which I didn’t get. And this was all at 2:30 in the afternoon. Never again !
