Location is clean and kept up well. Has a functional ordering station, an actual cashier, online ordering/pickup, a lobby with plenty of seating, as well as a drive-thru.
The food was fresh and good, sweet tea is Definitely sweet.

Well maintained and clean. Friendly service with minimal wait. Paid $6.88 for Hamburger Happy Meal. For all McDonald’s reputation for being kid friendly, many other establishments give free toys, games, and crayons to children. There is a good selection (IHOP, Denny’s, Bob Evans, Hoss’s, Ruby Tuesday, etc.) where kids eat free. McDonald’s is exploiting and unethical in marketing to children — this is not kid friendly.

ordered a caramel frappe and strawberry banana smoothie for my partner specifically because i’m so mad at 7brew and their music that keeps me up at night. extra good, just like years ago. the right amount of coffee vs. sweetness, and not too much ice. the smoothie, and i quote, “was so much better than 7brew’s.” the food was good, too.

Got there at 8:50 pm to go get my order. My phone app wasn’t working so I was going in to order to go. It was closed! Not the drive thru just the dining room. The dining room is not supposed to be closed that early on a Friday evening. So I called and they said they were short staffed. I do understand that these things happen but when I worked the food industry we were not allowed to close. We just had to work harder. I know it’s not easy, but closing the dining room just seems like not trying. I might note that two of their staff were outside smoking at the time.

I ordered a mchicken add bacon on the app and received a plain mchicken with only a patty and bun. No bacon was on my sandwich and I paid 2.19 to add two half strips. What a rip off. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Overall I had no problems but when I realized I was missing a 10 piece from my bag I pulled back through drive though. I was super understanding because I also work in the fast food industry and know mistakes can happen. They said to pull around to the first window and when I got there the girl who was working drive thru had an attitude. Instead of saying “sorry about that”, she handed me the bag and gave me the nastiest look, almost annoyed with me. She did say have a good one, but it felt like I was the one who was the problem. I just would have appreciated a little more welcoming service.

This is twice now. Both times not wanting to fulfill a breakfast order that was placed BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDS. It’s bullshit. Two dashers went to the restaurant to pick it up and once again, no order.

Just got home from grabbing McDonalds only to find out that I wasn’t given anything similar to the right item. Im not really sure how this happened since the store wasn’t overly busy and the item was clearly labeled, but it’s ridiculous that I was charged for an item I didn’t receive. Neither of us can or will eat the sausage biscuit in place of the meatless McGriddle we asked for. Next time I’ll light $4 on fire instead and save some time.
