Ten minutes to get two double cheeseburgers. One had a bonus patty. See pic below. Nice folks, just very high. I gave thought to jumping the counter and cooking my own burgers. Would have been faster. Slowest McD I have ever seen. Alicia was manager on duty. No name tag.

Get ready to call this number and complain, waited 35 minutes for an order and only one person ahead of me and they messed ut up. I love how it says ask and employee for assistance under it, lol. I had to go behind the counter and get my own cup and dig in the cabinet for to find my lid and gave one to they guy who ordered in front of me one, who BTW only ordered a large tea. People were leaving the food they paid for in the drive thru because nobody would give them their food and if they did get it it was wrong then come in to complain to find out nobody would come acknowledge their existence. The ladies at this location are always so nice and awesome! I go here in the morning sometimes on the weekend for their 2/$3 deal on the sausage mcmuffins. I always bring my American Bulldog, Petey with me because he absolutely loves going on rides! Every time we go here to get breakfast, all of the ladies here love him! They always give him treats like the one in the picture I attached! Mos def this place deserves 5/5 to me. I only go in the am so idk what it’s like the rest of the day, but I imagine it’s just as cool.

I haven’t been into a McDonald’s in quite some time. But the last location I was at and this one both do not have people tending the cash registers to take your order. You’re expected to enter it yourself into a Kiosk. I STRONGLY DISLIKE this! It made the process of ordering longer and I had to wait to pay cash.

Usually very short staffed which causes longer than normal wait times. Food resembles something that is thrown together very quickly and condiments are all over the place. I’ve encountered more younger employees that are more worried about conversation amongst themselves, resulting in poor communication with the customer.

Was told 3-4 min for fresh coffee, we sat in the car for over 15 min I appreciate the fact that they made it and it was fantastic however the store was not at all busy actually no cars in the drive thru and at best 3 in the parking lot.

They have actual toys for happy meals, not the paper ones to make and then break in 3 minutes which was exciting. If you go inside they ONLY take orders on the kiosk, you can’t order with a human and your mouth, so it took us longer to order. Staff was nice.
