I went around 9 in the morning. Lines weren’t that long so I thought it shouldn’t take that long for 2 hash browns and a coke. I pulled to the 1st window and no one was there so I pulled up to the second window thinking, “she must have told me second window”. I didn’t question it because they do that 50% of the time. Once I got there, I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be cashed out/given my food. The car behind me had waited at the first window and I look back and they are being cashed out. Mind you, they had also been waiting there for 10 minutes. At this point there were like 5 cars in the drive through waiting behind the car that was behind me. When the worker came to the window I was at, she asked me if my order was my order and I took the blame and apologized for pulling up and explained I didn’t see anyone at the first window and misheard her thinking she said second window. I was given a weird look and nothing was said to me. She handed me my card and my food and then slammed the window in my face. The attitude given to me was not needed and the time it took for me to get 2 hash browns was ridiculous. Horrible service and horrible environment.

The place said that they opened at five in the morning and we were on a That road trip and needed something quick to eat. We arrive there at six and when we pulled up to the drive-through the Worker told us that they couldn’t make a sandwiches and that it would be another 40 minutes until their grills warmed up so they wouldn’t be able to serve food until 6:45. So what happened to the five in the morning opening? She wasn’t even apologetic about it and didn’t offer any alternatives.

Not our normal stop but traveling and figured it would be easy and fast. The Self ordering at fast food joints is getting out of control especially when staff force you to the kiosks. 15 minutes for “fast food” is a bit much for an after lunch timeframe. Love cleaning our own table and chairs so we can eat.

Whoever the manager is today (long blonde hair – older) literally just stood back there screaming at everyone. I felt bad for the people eating in the restaurant. She was really good at barking orders but did not step in to help once. I would never allow my kids to work for someone like her. TERRIBLE!

I never do reviews so when I do I mean them. First off this McDonald’s is the slowest I have ever been to on a consistent basis. Even when I’m the only car it is still extremely slow. But what bothers me is they NEVER GIVE SAUCES. Literally will ask you what one you want and still don’t give it. CHECK YOUR BAG FOR THE SAUCE. I am willing to bet you don’t have it.

i’d give a 0 if i could. they should not let little girls run this place, i just waited in line for 20 minutes just to order a small fry & cheeseburger, and no one was ahead of me. it was 10pm an hour before closing & i tried to wave down one of the employees to ask for a favor & the red headed girl rolled her eyes and ignored me, then i watched the dark haired girl take another order, turn her back on me to talk shit on the customer to the red headed person, then walked away from me still without acknowledging me. best part is, the black haired chick didn’t even take my money & my food was already ready & i was watching my food sit there for 10 whole minutes. i just left & decided to put this review in right away because i was not gonna sit there any longer waiting to pay as my food was sitting there getting cold. only time one of them bothered acknowledging me was when the red haired girl asked if i paid yet & when i said no, she slammed the window & no one bothered helping me since. these girls looked young & didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. i don’t usually complain about fast foods but mcdonald’s should seriously reconsider hiring people under 16 because they looked young & had no workers ethic

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however the customer service at this location was simply terrible. I went through the drive through and had ordered a 10 peice nugget meal. I checked my bag and saw they had only given me a 4 count, so I went back inside to get it fixed. I they are busy and I understand mistakes happen so it honestly want that mistake that had upset me. I waited inside by the registers for atleast 7 minutes waiting for someone to approach me. Multiple workers looked at me and ignored me. Finally, someone came over and just looked at me, didn’t even say anything. I explained what happened and the woman just walked away without saying a word and brought a 6 count back and out it in my bag and walked away. No apology, no explanation, not even a word. I also overheard them trying to give me a coke that had been sitting out, and my friends drink was literally only filled 3/4 of the way. Overall the food was fine, but service was horrible.

We’ve been in a few times and every time it’s dismal. Convenient to home due to being close but that’s where it ends. The manager was on an iPad the whole time on one occasion and messed up our order, drinks were wrong and special instructions were wrong. One time I ordered table service as I had a smaller child with me and they just stood at the front of the lobby yelling my table number, they forgot pancakes for the big breakfast WITH pancakes and last time I went they just cancelled my order I placed on the app. I waited for 15 minutes (order was confirmed) and checked my McDonald’s app again randomly and it said the restaurant cancelled my order. This place just canNOT get it together.

This is by far the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Their fryer is atrocious, all the burgers were burnt and improperly garnished, the employees made me feel guilty for asking them to be fixed. Terrible bathrooms, smelled vial
