This place is outrageously slow. Tried drive-thru twice in the last few weeks only to sit at a standstill for 10+ min before leaving frustrated.

OK SO I place a mobile order everything was wrong in my order, I went back in and they basically DID NOT refund my order or fix it until I started complaining then the MANAGER RICH RICK whoever was just standing doing absolutely nothing during this whole time. You’d think the manager would be the one to handle this PROPERLY but in stead I had to pull the legs of EMPLOYEES installed of A MANAGER and ended up late for work.I’ve also seen this SAME MANAGER being straight ABUSIVE to employees, well within earshot of CUSTOMERS. HOW DOES HE HAVE A JOB STILL?? The world may never know. Thanks I will NOT BE returning.

Halfway through my Quarter Pounder with cheese I notice it is VERY pink in the middle. I tried to call and it rang for over five minutes with no answer and no voicemail so I could not report it to the manager or supervisor. I don’t typically leave online reviews but had no other way to make them aware of an issue with their store and my order.
