I use the drive through often. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working.
I keep going back because the service is awesome and each staff member I have encountered at the drive through is a super star! Thanks for great service each and every time.

I brought my autistic 4 year old in a few days ago. He’s non-speaking and gets very overwhelmed in public. I ordered him some nuggets and he started to get overwhelmed before we got our food. I took him to the car with the intention of just leaving because I didn’t want to interrupt anyone trying to enjoy their lunch. An employee, Raina, followed me out of the building to tell me she’ll bring his nuggets out to our car when they’re done. She was so understanding and compassionate about his crying. I don’t take him into restaurants or stores often because I’m worried about people being rude to him. She really restored my faith in humanity and made me feel much better.

The people don’t acknowledge you unless you’re in the drive thru. I waited a half hour for food. After not being acknowledged until 15 minutes into it. The blonde girl at the counter that seemed young had an attitude like no other. I will no longer be coming to this location. My experience was disappointing.

I went to McDonald’s in South Greensburg for my lunch break today. I ordered at the kiosk and was trying to pay with a card, not seeing the sign that said that they could only take cash because the card machines were not working. As a result, I was having issues with the payment process and a staff member, Reina, noticed almost immediately. Reina informed me that the card machines weren’t working at the time. I noticed the sign and felt really bad for not reading it, as I know that this was inconveniencing the staff members. Rather than getting upset with me for not reading the sign, Reina reassured me that they had just put the sign up and continued to treat me with kindness and respect as we problem-solved the issue. Reina ended up giving me my meal for free due to the inconvenience, even though I was the one who inconvenienced her. She was also adamant about getting my order out fast. All in all, Reina was extremely helpful and friendly, and treated my mistake as “no big deal”. This location will continue to be my favorite in this area and Reina deserves recognition!

Frustrating that you can’t get a simple mobile order right. Missing items, missing condiments that were added onto the customized order, once again simple. Wrong size drink to add to the issues.

Waiting in drive in line for 20 minutes for food. Three cars ahead of me. This is supposed to be fast food. Fast it sure isn’t. I have to wait to see if it’s food. I’m having my doubts given my experience thus far.

My fiance ordered our roommate an adult Happy Meal as a bit. The food showed up but no happy meal box, no toy. We paid $13 extra over the regular cheeseburger happy meal price to get it. We thought it’d make him giggle. He’s having a rough time.
Your location wouldn’t answer the phone. Hung up on us before we could say a word.
We’ll avoid your location going forward.

Terrible experience here. Tried to pick up mobile order in store and they had the doors locked and made you go through the drive through . After I went through to the window just to pick it up in person like I put on the mobile app they made me go through the drive thru again to order through the speaker. After I did that I couldn’t find my code right away so instead of helping me they just skipped me and went to the next person after shouting hello multiple times into the speaker after finding my code within 2 minutes they never answered back so I left and wasted my money.

Would be a great place if they actually send your whole order out, weather I do drive through or door dash it seems like half my order is always missing.

What’s the point of having two lanes and two windows if there is not a person for each lane? I’ve worked at McDonald’s before with two lanes and 1) they had someone for each lane
2) they would take the order by the second beep or at least the customer know they need a minute by the second beep
