The price of food keeps going up yet the quality keeps going down! I’ve noticed the past several times I purchase my child a happy meal the amount of fries seemed skimpy. Today i added myself a meal with a large fry. When I got home and opened the bag I literally thought the fries were spilled into the bag due to the amount in the container. This was not the case! The amount of fries would fill a small container and they were cold on top of it! I opened my kids happy meal and there were 4 fries in the container! 4 fries!!! This is unacceptable in my eyes! I can understand if its a one time mistake but this is every time we go there! Being that I paid $20 for fast food I expect to get proper portions!

To begin with my daughter wanted a kpop happy meal yesterday. All she cared about was a kpop toy. She for whatever reason got a despicable me toy. She was pretty disappointed. I got a coffee this morning and there was about a quarter off the top. Typically when I get coffee there it’s pretty much full. My boyfriends coffee was entirely full. So I said that coffee is not full. She got smart with me saying “do u see that full line, yeah it’s full. ” she also gave me a bag that had straws and napkins in it which I thought was weird already. Then she asked oh what’s that bag. I didn’t realize but there was some kind of food in the bag. She asked me to give it back to her which I don’t even think they were supposed to take back to give to someone else. Then she didn’t give me any straws and I was already irritated and didn’t think about it.

I ordered one hot coffee through the app which I thought was for pickup in the drive-thru. When I got there they informed me it was counter pickup only and they could not serve me through the drive-thru window. I’m not the biggest fan of their App, and with the strictness of the pick-up policy, I’ll pay closer attention in the future.

This location is a horrible example of what a McDonald’s or a fast food restaurant in general should be. The employees are absolutely rude. Management doesn’t care. The food is either burnt and inedible Or it’s cold sometimes it’s both most of the time the food is cold, which I don’t understand how food is made to order and by the time you get it, it’s cold. The biggest problem is that the owner of the restaurant which is Alamo doesn’t care they’re not doing anything about any of the problems. The owners don’t care about the experience or the product that their companies give all they care about is the money that goes into their pocket. Smartest thing to do just avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Trust me. It’s worth the drive to go anywhere else.

Even when my order was repeated back to me as they hand over the bag in drive thru , I get home and it’s completely wrong. My fault for leaving without checking. Won’t make this mistake again. I guess English and comprehension is not a requirement to work at this location.

If I could give your service a negative star I would. You employees love to argue with customers. I get customers aren’t always right but your employees take that stuff to a hole new level. I asked for ranch on my mcchicken and the worker told me they can’t put in on my sandwich so I asked for a side of ranch that goes on the ranch wraps and the worker proceeded to argue with me about it. Its not that complicated to make an order as easy as mine was. You my friend are a sorry excuse for a breath of air

Workers are cocky smart mouthed individuals instead of putting a sign saying play room closed because of being broken just put up wet floor sign kids went right in mind you the upper part of play area broken kids could fall off the top people think it’s being cleaned like normal and go past the door unlocked open for my 3 yr old to play there must of been 6 kids that I stopped from going inside and falling netting is broken manager needs to manage her store lock the door put a sign out of order like they do bathroom when there broken you got homeless people in the corner talking about catching a house on fire before they went there for free Wi-Fi

The service is really the issue. One of the workers was apparently upset we ordered using the kiosk when no one was waiting on us at the counter. She almost dropped our food on the ground when she tossed it onto our table. There was also a couple of guys in the dining room that were just shouting profanities the entire time we were there. And we witnessed a local homeless(?) man raid the trash cans INSIDE….At least the food wasn’t awful, just sloppy and fries were cold.

The Service was bad, the one shift manager or manager was complaining about her personal life the whole time. I got 2 large fries and 2 medium fries and they were only half. I called down to the store, they will only honor to replace 1 or 2 of the fries but only today and not the next time i am in. SERVICE SUCKED!!!! Never cleaned when we go in. Always waiting 20-30 minutes for our order. Staff are never friendly, you’ll be lucky to only have 1 out of the 20 staff they have to be friendly.
