every time I come here, there’s a lady Taking orders with a horrible attitude. She has like a long wavy hair I think she’s Hispanic maybe that’s besides the point she has a disgusting attitude. She Uses no manners She’s deliberately rude while taking orders and your face she must work a lot Because she’s always there. And my thing is if she hates customers that bad Why not put her in the kitchen to make the food? Why is the rude person With no human decency, the one that’s taking the orders? if she refuses to be nice can’t she just be neutral? Are we forgetting that if There was no customers There would be no paychecks.

Out of every McDonald’s in Uniontown , this one is by far the worst when it comes to quality of food. I spent 50 dollars on dinner for the family and everything was just old or burnt. All of the double cheeseburgers were old and hard. The nuggets were like rocks. The managers on duty should be checking on the product that is being served on their shift. Then when you do call to talk to a manager, all they do is argue with you. If im willing to drive back and bring the food back to you, trust me, it’s gross.

ordered a mcdouble. had to pull over & put 1 of the 2 teeny burger patties on the sandwich bc it was literally not even half way on the other Patty & bun. was SUPER DRY & i didn’t taste a drop of mustard. only ate a few bites of it. gross.

My burger was cold, and it was burnt to a crisp and rubbery. Definitely double or triple cooked. Probably due to not being that busy. I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce, they said it was “probably” at the bottom of the bag, I checked it was not. I asked again for ketchup and BBQ sauce and they said ok. I then had to ask a third time and they got mad without showing that they were mad and grabbed a giant double handful of ketchup packets, probably 40 packs and said here. I then told them I don’t need that much and still tried giving me an entire handful of packets. Overreact much?

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, and asked them to go easy on ketchup mustard and mayo. They gave me your bun with meat, no tomato, no lettuce, no vegetables whatsoever, and mayonnaise is pouring out of it .
Basically they gave me exactly what I asked them not to give me and none of the things that I ordered on this.
I think it’s time we stopped pulling forward or parking away from the window. If they can’t make the orders correctly or in time, they need to slow down and start focusing on the making and not the taking. I think I’m going to sit at the window from now on until I get my food.

manager is very rude, I’ve went there every morning for over 16 months, I’ve never complained even when things are messed up. today they messed up my order price wise and I ?’Ed it, I paid anyway, then when I got to the window to get my order. I saw the problem, they charged me for an Xtra drink which is what I told them I thought was the problem, initially, the manager started saying after I said, ok I see the problem, there’s to many drinks, the manager is behind the girl giving me my drinks, saying tell them bye just go we have other customers we’ll they wouldn’t have had a problem, if they hadn’t messed up, when I heard the manager saying what she said, I said tell her I will just go, after I took a picture or the frappe that was brown water with cool whip and caramel on top back to them, and said…… I’ll call corporate, the manager said tell them I said hi. now they now us so we’ll at this mcdonalds they start typing our order in as soon as I give them my code, I’ve never given this manager reason to speak to me in this way, we’ve kept food that was messed up and never said anything, but most mornings it’s only drinks, in 16 months of going there every morning we’ve maybe complained 4 or 5 times. I’d say we’re not complainers, and were loyal customers, and the manager was very unprofessional! the photo is the frappe I took a picture of prior to giving it back to them.
