If no stars were an option… it was ice cold in the restaurant and they said they cannot control the temperature only the corporate office can. They have the soda fountain shut off so you can’t refill your drink. No napkin dispensers. No ketchup available unless you ask. Only gave one straw for 3 drinks. Also dirty rags all over the place at the pickup counter where they place customers food. GROSS! See attached photos.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to give a glass of water.
This location obviously does not want customers eating in store. I couldn’t take off my winter coat and even with that on I was shivering. Sat at the table furthest from the windows and cold air was blasting out the vents.
This is not a welcoming environment for customers, at all. Do better.

Honestly, they just dont care. There is another one about 3 red lights up the road. Mobile orders still make me wait for 5 minutes for the food. Then they hand me cold food. I eat it in the car while im in traffic. How you hand me something thats cold? How you make me wait 5 minutes for the order AND IT IS COLD? HOW?!
Go to the one 3 or 4 red-lights up the road. I have had much better success there.

Management and staff are absolutely wonderful here. Everytime I go to service the vape store next door I stop in. The burgers are always hot and juicy and the iced coffee is always sweet and creamy.

I ordered online for pickup, gave it about 15 mins to go get it. Walked in and waiting another 15 mins for them to even acknowledge me. I had to ask 3 times for my order. There were several employees and i’m assuming the manager, in the back. I finally got the attention of someone and they didn’t even have it ready. He basically tossed the bag across the counter didn’t ask if i needed anything else. I would suggest if you have multiple employees to have one of them at the counter or at least checking on the lobby.

Never come here after 7pm. I put my order in after waiting in line for 10 minutes for them to serve 4 cars. I finally paid at the second window and got the whole “can you please pull into Lane 1 and we’ll bring your food out”. Sat there another 15 minutes before getting fed up and leaving. Basically paid them almost $20 dollar to waste almost a half hour of my life.

The people that work this branch literally hate customers. I haven’t received a correct order in their drive-thru since 2006. Needless to say, I don’t go there often.
But when we go there for the first time in 2 years with a glimmer of hope that we’ll get what we ordered, our illusions are viciously and purposefully shattered by ignorance and negligence . Avoid at all costs.

It’s absolutely disgusting that we saw more than one employee who was handling food have their hair down. The lady on the frys had her down and the man with the long hair I’m assuming a manger, touched his hair and played with it then proceeded to touch our food. He also didn’t have gloves on.

So i usually dont get charged for an extra drop of caramel drizzle. I dont mind that. They do however usually add the drizzle i actually paid for. This was a miss.

we went to this mcdonald’s because the other one on mcknight road has horrible service. the drive thru takes an hour to get through at both locations. we place an online order to get it faster (i thought this was supposed to be fast food anyways) they made us pull up to the 3rd window/entrance and that took 20 more minutes. we finally get food. but it’s not our order. not even close. and the lady who brought it was on her phone and didn’t wait for us to say anything causing us to have to go inside anyways.

Took 25min for my to get my pickup inside mobile order. They kept filling drive thru orders and not mine. I get 30 min for my lunch. I work 5 min away and cant count on getting my lunch on time.
