The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. I was first turned off by the posted 15 minute in-dining time limit. It seemed a little more harsh than a typical “no loitering” policy. With that said, not every place needs to be a place set up shop with a laptop for a long period (something I do often). Also if that policy helps contribute to the location’s ability to keep the restaurant extra clean and focus on service, then I would say it’s worth it. Truly one of the better McDonald’s I have been to generally and for the local area it stands out as a model.

This location is kind of hit or miss. Some days I’ll stop by and the crew is moving fast, and the foods is fresh. Other times I can’t tell who is working there because no one is wearing a uniform.
I’ve see people wait at the counter for 5+ minutes then leave with no greeting and no one acknowleges them. It doesn’t affect me personally because I always order mobile.
Went there yesterday and got the new Big Arch burger. It was undercooked. There was plenty of pink. Normally if ordering cook to order I like it that way but I’m pretty sure McDonalds is supposed to cook it well.
I refer to this location as the Bi-polar McDonalds as when it is good it seems to be really good and when it is bad it seems to be pretty bad.

I’m not sure why they have such a low rating, I feel like people are maybe a little nit picky…or I value positive nice employees over other factors pf a restaurant. I’ll start with the negatives, it is in a questionable part of town. As in there is homeless people walking the streets like by the parking lot etc. the parking lot and entrance is in a slightly awkward position yet it could be worse. At least it’s not like parking on the street at Oakland McDonald’s. Other thing, I haven’t seen this here any other time yet the toilets in the women’s bathroom…. One had #2 in there and looked clogged… the other also wasn’t flushed. Coincidence? Maybe people in this area dont like to flush? I don’t know. Now my favorite things about this location… the workers are super respectful nice and friendly to me. Also when I order mobile to pick up inside.. sometimes I’m a little late and they never make a comment about it. And the food / my order is done FAST!!! So cmon people !! Raise up their score!!!

Order food through the McDonald’s app went through the drive-through to get it. They put us around to wait for it. They came out with two out of the four meals that we ordered. We said something to the lady who came out to give it to us. She came back out with one more meal when we said we’re still missing one. She got a really bad attitude stormed away, so I went inside and it was chaos screaming yelling and cussing by employees and customers very uncomfortable environment to be in, especially for a place that you would take children. I will never be returning to this McDonald’s!

Pretty solid Mcdonalds experience. The only downside was I asked for a water cup and she just totally forgot about it but I’ll give her some grace because they were busy and short staffed as every mcdonalds is in Pittsburgh. The sausage egg mcmuffins were on point. Some of the best I’ve had.

Fries are always cold and my 20 piece nuggets only had 16. We check our stuff before we go but counting chicken nuggets before we go is a bit much. The staff is super friendly tho. It’s a McDonald’s. Whatever. Do wish I had gotten my whole order but the world is on fire so eh. 3 stars lol.

Went there for the Grinch meal and bought 3. The socks were not in any of them. I called back and the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude. When I got there to get my socks I got their attention and they just went back to what they were doing. Service was extremely bad, super slow, and inefficient.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal and a triple cheeseburger burger. It looked like everything was just thrown on my triple. My chicken was rubbery and nasty. The bun is burnt. I lost my appetite so bad I couldn’t even eat the lettuce and tomatoes. Also they gave me a watered down Hi-C. Not to mention I was waiting for a receipt for a minute, until I asked and she’s like “we don’t have no more paper. Oh and half of my fries weren’t in the holder. I hope everyone gets fired and they close the place.
