This place has no drive through and is VERY busy during lunch. Seating options are limited. Download the app and order for pick up, you’ll save yourself a lot of time. The place is clean and my orders are almost always correct.

The worse! My little girl was sitting there quietly waiting on a bus in freezing cold temps for like 5 minutes. And they kicked her out. I think that real rude. I will not be frequenting their establishment. Meanwhile the Northside McDonald’s offers coffee to the homeless . Smh

Not many tables to sit at. Most tables were dirty that were empty/available. There was a substance spilled on the rug that was there almost the entire time throughout visit. Waited extended time for service/ person to come out of back to greet/take our money. Not a very clean location overall. Very disappointing, considering it is a more trendy location, close to campus. Also didn’t like being charged for a bag that was stuffed full of all of our food and ripped. Alot of other potential “hazards” I observed during my visit I don’t want to state on such an open forum but would be open to sharing privately if interested.

Worst staff ever I’ve never been so disrespected before by an employee. I will be driving to pleasant hills McDonald’s or Mt Oliver’s from now on. Refuse to go to Brentwood McDonald’s that allows thier employees to talk to customers like they are sub humans

My bf and I walked in and tried to begin ordering on the kiosk. I entered the 4 digit number from my app to receive my points. we asked an employee he said he didn’t know about it. So I just said screw it and was ordering it on my phone . After a few minutes an older heavier set man came up behind us. And said that we had been there for a half hour already, which wasn’t true. Asked what we were ordering and I said “this stuff” and showed him my phone which he then raised his voice and asked again “what are you trying to order “ I began reading it to him when he interrupted me and said about how my bf who has an issue with his lower back and legs was stumbling around. Which all he did was move from one side of me to the other. I said that his attitude was uncalled for. And he said he was about to kick us out anyway. So I then folded my money back up and stuck it in my pocket and left. That’ll be the last time I try to eat at that McDonald’s. As we were walking out we heard some of the workers yell some very slanderous

absolutely the worst service i’ve ever had in “fast food” stood there for 40 min surrounded by people who also had been standing there for even longer and they stopped calling numbers, took a 20 min break focusing on doordash orders and not a single mobile or in person. when asked for a refund i was told to come back tomorrow because they close soon. they close at 1?!?!

Normally if you order delivery or takeout from a fast food restaurant, you’d expect the service screwing up the toppings or serving cold fries. But i ordered delivery and i was very impressed with the service. The toppings on my Burger was just what i wanted and it was hot enough and tasted right. Same with the fries how when i consistently touched them. They were hot and tasted salty and fresh as always. I never been inside of the two story McDonald’s but i would like to check it out sometime

When I walked in one of the managers was harassing a table of teenagers and being very inappropriate. She was touching one of the boys when he was clearly uncomfortable, and even said, “What would your mom think of you being with a 56 year old?”. She then turned to us and sat at our table. She was extremely close to my friend, and wouldn’t leave even though we were uncomfortable. She then proceeded to insult and yell at other customers saying that one lady looked like a man. She was a manager saying her name was Mrs. Kim. Really uncomfortable. Even the employees clearly seemed weirded out by her. She’s deranged.

McDonald’s (DoorDash Order)

This is the second time I have ordered from this McDonald’s, and the wait time is unbelievable. The first time, I had two different drivers assigned and waited over an hour, only for my order to be canceled in the end.

I thought maybe it was just bad luck, so I tried again. But the second time was almost the same: it took over 30 minutes to prepare two basic items, and again, the first driver left, so they had to assign another one.

It’s not the dasher’s fault. The issue seems to be with the restaurant — slow service and poor organization. Honestly, I won’t be ordering from this location again. It was very disappointing.

I spent 2 hours waiting for food, and when I asked for help they refused to make me my food. For anyone looking at this, they don’t give refunds but you can dispute the charge with your bank.
