If I could give them negatives I would. This establishment is filled with 14 year olds with 0 work ethic. 1 car ahead of you at the drive thru? You’ll be there an hour at minimum. I genuinely do not understand what takes so long (coming from someone who works in food). Not to mention they always say they’re not taking drive thru orders because of being “too busy” when there’s nobody inside. Don’t waste your time or money with this poorly managed McDonald’s.

They were very fast, very respectful, and the service was great the only downfall was that my food was not brought to my table to me. As I was instructed, it would be also the only toilet in the man’s room was broken the whole seat was ripped off.

Rarely have any problems with mobile order drive through. Sometimes dine in can be a bit slow but this location is much, MUCH better than the one on N Euclid Ave.

it seems like one employee really doesn’t like anyone under the age of 25 coming into this establishment, as me and 2 friends were not allowed inside together, despite being adult college students. 2 girls who ordered before me were also forced to take their meal to go despite wanting to eat inside the restaurant because they didn’t look old enough. neither me and my friends nor the girls who ordered before us were disruptive or rude to anyone inside the store. i understand not letting unaccompanied minors disrupt other customer’s experiences, but you cannot just kick people out of the restaurant and not let a group of people inside because you THINK they don’t look old enough.

11-17-25 wish I could leave zero stars, this is the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The closing crew were talking about customers right in front of their faces. The young lady taking orders was giving the wrong orders and then the older lady giving orders was being very rude when asked a simple questhis placed should be closed ain’t no way.tion.id rather eat bird poop of the ground then deal with such disrespectful service.
