Excellent McDonald’s. Building is easy to get into and park. Inside is clean and mostly warm. Our table was clean and we could see people cleaning as well.
Food was quick and hot. Made well and the ordering kiosk worked as it should.

Had the app glitch during the transition from breakfast to lunch, and screwed up my order while wasting my rewards points I just redeemed.
When I explained to the cashier however, he was very generous and essentially got my order comped & made as an apology for the mix up. Excellent customer service, it’s the little things that make any situation better.

Undercooked food. No need to rush food when you’re not busy. Not only is it a disservice to the customer, it’s unsafe. Get it together guys. You used to be better. Btw don’t start eating your burger in the dark if you have a problem with it being undercooked.

I would put zero stars. I received 3 breakfast sandwiches at the drive thru and when I got home I noticed that they all had green eggs. Absolutely disgusting !! Why would ANYONE serve that food!?!?!!! They are clearly all green.

Waited 20 minutes after placing my mobile order for a rude worker to tell me I had to get the other person’s phone and come back because I had a screenshot of the order (coworker placed it) instead of just preparing the order or telling me to go through the drive thru. Went through the drive through, another 10 minutes, and they forgot parts of the order. Not driving all the way back out there to wait 30 more minutes. Also, saw multiple people preparing food without gloves or hairnets

The bathrooms were filthy, they obviously hadn’t been cleaned recently. The cashier got our order correct but several sandwiches were wrong in the bag.

I don’t know what was going on today – after I ordered, I sat in the drivethru line for 10 minutes, and the line didn’t move. The two people in front of me in line left, then a minute later, I left too. There were still 3 cars in front of me, and I didn’t know how long I’d be there. This was very different from yesterday, when I ordered and got my food right away.

Playplace is not what is showing up in pictures, but they are from 7 years ago, so be forewarned-it is NOT the playplace with the tunnels and tubes. My 5 year old was slightly disappointed but still had fun. Though, I will say it’s wildly silly to have a playplace for 3 and under and nothing for slightly older kids at a mcdonalds.. She played in it anyway ♀️ and if it’s something or nothing, I guess we’ll take the something.
Food came out decently quick, and the staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful, even though they were pretty busy.
Nuggets have definitely become borderline fake food, though. I don’t fast food often, but the last time, they at least looked appetizing. These just look weird and have barely any meat..filling.. whatever you want to call it. And yet we get bashed for prices on scratch food at our restaurant. 2024 is wild..

This establishment, specifically, has sentimental attachments as I’ve frequented this place since I was little. Had my 5th birthday here in 1991 at the Play Place (which the 90s play place was the best ever!). Fast food is fast food. It’s hit or miss anywhere. I hope this place continues to thrive on Steubenville Pike.
