I ordered at 1:50 a quarter pounder with cheese and Dr Pepper. This what I got! As a prev shift manager this is unacceptable and would have failed a secret shop. I guess instead of paying attention to my food they was busy watching manager clock out Victor and write him up!! Terrible service!!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. The order machine was broken and had to order from the window. When we got our order the whole thing was wrong. Ordered a 2b double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. I got a single patty. That was cold. Two mcdoubles didn’t get them. Said something about the missing patty and the two missing mcdoubles. They gave me a new patty on top of my already cold quarter pounder. And two mcdoubles that I could have used for ice in the drinks which didn’t have any. Entire order was cold french fries were cold. 8 nuggets in my ten piece. I went in to complain about the missing items. The place was absolutely FILTHY. Super greasy floors. Nothing was wiped down. And this is horrible for a place that don’t allow indoor seating right now. The drink lady was wearing no gloves, touching her face, hair, and ears. Then just grabbing cups from the top where you drink from. Finally made it back home to eat after they had FINALLY gotten the order correct. And everything was cold should have checked that before I left. On top of all this. There were ten people in there and the one lady was literally walking around in circles. The manager was in just standing there in her cell phone. My experience was so bad with this place that I am calling the health dept tomorrow. This is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant even for fast food standards. I took one bite of my double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon and just could not eat it. We literally threw our entire order in the trash and drove all the way to Monroeville to KFC. On top of all this they never gave me my receipt back and can’t complain to corporate because they want a receipt number. Pictures included shows the uneaten food in the trash and drink with no ice. This place should just close down if they can’t do better then that.

Went to the mcdonalds today, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Drove up to the window and the workers were socializing and NOT working. This isnt the first time this has happend either, last time it was the actual supervisor and his excuse when i drove up to the window was that he was “having a bad day” worst mcdonalds in the area.

Everything about this McDonald’s makes you completely doubt ever wanting to go to another one ever again. Each and every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s in the last 5 years I’ve gotten terrible service that was incredibly slow I’ve had multiple wrong orders and every single time I go there it is the worst Food experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know how a business owner can sit by and allow their employees to smoke at the side of a building during work hours and turn away customers or even simply just give bad service. It is the duty of an employee to give Fast cheerful and accurate service and this McDonald’s has employees that do none of these. For god sake if you’re hungry go to the Wendy’s across the street because the Burger King here sucks too.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. It’s dirt bag filthy. The employees used to be so nice and give good service, I don’t know what happened. I placed a mobile order, paid for it, waited for 40 minutes for my food! Absolutely ridiculous. It came out cold of course. I wasn’t about to complain and wait longer or risk them doing something to my food. Some woman in a filthy red shirt brought my food and was so nasty to me because I told her I’ve been waiting so long. I am calling corporate for a refund. Never go here!

Walked in to get breakfast at 1010, huge line of cars in drive thru, massive amount of people inside waiting for food, and waiting to order. We didn’t even get food, bc the cashier stated they were having a health inspection and they only had 3 people working. shut down if you can’t keep up. Fast food is named fast food for a reason. I went to Eat N Park after and had mt breakfast in front of me faster than it took me to be ignored and cut off in the line inside this McDonald’s. This is my second attempt to get food here and the second time there was an issue. Get a better team, and do better over all! Pathetic. If you have an inspection, shut down till you can completely focus on your customers. I will not try to go back to this establishment a 3rd time. I have called corporate to report the unorganized mess that is this McDonald’s. This site is a joke.

There was ONLY one car infront of me and I waited in the drive thru from start to finish for 20 minutes. When I FINALLY got my 2 Happy Meals, they were wrong, and the food was warm at best. The wait wouldn’t have been so bad if it was hot. I ordered extra fries…..NOT. No dips no straws, no napkins. I will not be returning there.

My husband & I stopped to grab a quick lunch. 25 minutes for our food. We got the wrong sandwiches and everything was cold. The dining area was dirty. Men’s room was completely closed down. Womens room was filthy and only 1 toilet was operating. The whole place smelled bad. I’ve never given a 1* anywhere. This place should be shut down!
