Terrible McDonald’s, the one by chipotle has better workers better service and better quality food, you order curbside they mess up your food refuse to fix it, then they don’t even bring you straws for your drinks and then argue with you telling you there’s straws in the bag they looked before they handed it to you. Then get ignorant with you because you ask them to bring straws out. Worse McDonald’s in America and this is why they don’t deserve more than $7.25 a hour.

Admittedly, I was nervous about my order, as I had a McFlurry and I know the McDonald’s ice cream machine frequently breaks down. However, the woman who made my McFlurry did it PERFECTLY. Not only were there extra M&Ms as I requested in my app order, but all of the food was hot and fresh. Massive shoutout to the woman with the septum piercing killing it by herself around 10:45 PM on Wednesday, February 11th.

This is my favorite McDonald’s in America. I mean that. I drive for a living and hands down this place is the best. My food is always hot and fresh. The Coke is the strongest I’ve ever had from a fountain. Tonight the young lady’s working were so polite and friendly!!!! I always come here when I’m in West Mifflin! KUDOS!!!!!

We ordered 3 5 deal meals for pick up. We waited half an hour for the order. Went inside and waited longer. The girl finally gave us our order but we were missing a 4 piece chicken nugget. Not only were we missing chicken nuggets but 2 of our drinks were missing syrup in them. Every time we go here, it’s always bad.

Kennywood was ABSOLUTELY horrible with parking, we were in line 2hr30min just to park and be told lots full!!! You all provided AMAZING food service and a smile!!! Simply can’t handle the pressure. My last two visits has been a nightmare like the prison theme wall in that place. The first time I got a chicken wrap instead of a quarter pounder. This time my order gets bumped off frauding the system and confusing the customer in the app. Let those 20 minutes plus wait stay in the system so the higher ups can see and get you the proper help. I spent a total time of 25 minutes for a meal marked ready that I never received. Went through it with management over a refund. Also noticed drive thru customers got their food faster. The counter need help, prison picture wall paper needs to go. I’ll squeaky brake it thru the drive through next time respectfully. I tried to spare your ears.

Very friendly staff. After my son told an employee it was his birthday, they gave him a free ice cream cone.
They also checked on the customers using the self kiosk a few times while I was waiting for my orders.

Went through the drive thru to get 2 baskets of fries & 2 4pc chicken strips.
Was told to pull over to Reserve spot 2 & they will bring it right out. Wait for 30 min & decided to go in. They didn’t even know what order was to go to Reserve 2 spot. The manager or whoever she was went back & got the food real fast.
Came home both sets of strips had 1 or 2 that were undercooked. Ridiculous.

They do what they can with what they have. And what they usually have, of course our younger inexperienced customer service workers who are just having fun while learning some money for their hobbies. Generally speaking, of course. And unfortunately, with that can come lots of mistakes while they’re learning. The important thing is, they do correct their mistakes graciously when you ask them to.
