I normally am not one to complain however this has been the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We ordered a few meals at 9pm, 2 quarter pounder meals and 2 cheeseburger meal, and a nugget meal. They mentioned that us and the two cars behind us were the last ones they were serving for the night. The ladies working the window were not very nice for one and not only that I had no idea if our transaction was over she didn’t say anything at all just handed us a bag of food and closed the window so we checked it as we pulled out and we were missing our 10 piece nugget. We go to pull around and they had wet floor signs blocking the drive thru so my mother gets out of the car to walk up to the window. The lady at pickup 1 didn’t bother to listen to a word she said and closed the window on her while laughing at her! I had to proceed to pull up next to the two cars that were originally behind us in the separate lane having to shout across saying that we didn’t get our nuggets.(we ended up getting them) all of our food came out all types of messed up, the 2 cheeseburgers with pickles on one and none on the other (did not ask for no pickles) and were so burnt that when I bit into them you could hear a crunch. The quarter pounders were not even a quarter pound it legitimately looked like a double cheeseburger and there were no onions on either of them. We tried to eat them but it was just so unappetizing. So not only we are out of 43$ we also didn’t get correctly made food. Other than that my sisters nuggets tasted good and the fries were good too. I’ve worked in fast food for 5+ years and honestly I have had my bad days as do everyone but I have NEVER not only treated someone like the way they did my mother, or even sent out food knowing how bad it is. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself then do not serve it!

Huge shoutout to the team at the McDonald’s on Hoffman Blvd in Duquesne! I rolled in late with a very large order at like midnight , and they absolutely nailed it. Every item was there everything was fresh, hot, and wrapped perfectly.
What really impressed me wasn’t just that the order was right, but that the staff handled it with a smile and great energy, even at that late hour. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Late-night service done right deserves recognition. Thank you for great food and even better service — you made our night!

This McDonalds is by far the worst I have ever been too. The kiosks are there and in but it won’t let you pay so we have to go to the register. We have been waiting over a half hour for our food and it’s still not here, and there’s a handful of people in here. No one at the counter for 10 minutes. They’re to busy talking to their friends who came to visit. Dirtiest McDonalds around this area by far. I will never come here again. Also I am watching people walking out without their food because of how the service is…. Stay away from here

Ordered a Big Mac combo and Deluxe Crispy Chicken. Chicken was not fully cooked/incredibly soggy and gave me food poisoning. This is a major health hazard and has been reported to the relevant authorities. Workers were nice just seemed like they didn’t care that much in regards to the food.

I DoorDash my order from the store and my order was all wrong. The fries were stingy. The sandwich was made wrong and I got an incorrect drink. Nobody communicated with the Dasher to communicate with me about my order. This restaurants, poor as hell I recommend Not eating there

Stopped here before holiday lights. Waited 25 minutes before I decided to go back to the counter. Our order wasn’t on the screen, and every single employee was goofing off in the back. I waited and waited and waited with other customers for someone to come out. They would look at us and continue to goof off. Finally I get sick of it and loudly ask if they could do their job and come help us. An employee with an attitude bigger than the restaurant came over and said our food would be out. It took another fifteen minutes, and all they did was throw the bag in front of us. We didn’t even know if it was ours. I ripped open the bag and it was. Maybe if they would act like they were at their job instead of acting like fools and having their friends and family hang out at the counter, this location might not be too horrible.

MMmmmm undercooked burger, Yeah I still ate it. Fries were fine though. Burger patty was also like really bland too, compared to “Normal” and it had that nice rare burger texture.

Decided to give this location another chance after a not so good experience in the past. Bad decision. I waited for over 23 minutes in the lobby for my order. There were only 2 other people in there at the time. I couldn’t get the attention of any workers to find out why my food was taking so long. The kiosk was out of paper as well so I didn’t even know my order number to track it on the screen. A person who looked to be in charge, made eye contact several times then walked away. They seemed much more concerned about the drive thru than me. I saw my 2 Mc Flurries melting on the counter in the back for at least five minutes while people just ignored me. I didn’t have a very complicated order. Several double cheeseburgers , basket of fries , a couple McDonald’s Chickens and a couple apple pies. Finally a worker saw me looking pissed off and asked what I needed. He was able to get my order together but at that point it was too late. The staff there just seem like they don’t gaf about their jobs. I’ll never go back to this location. It’s very sad to see a fast food restaurant go downhill so bad. What happened to good service and the customer comes first? It seems to be a generational thing anymore. And they want $15 or more an hour?? For that kind of service? Shameful…

The food was good, just like every other McDonalds and the staff were nice as well, bringing us refills. But it was very dirty. It looked like the restaurant has never been cleaned before. The floors were sticky and covered in food or trash, the booths were very dirty with crumbs or food left all over. The bathroom actually was pretty clean. They didn’t have any napkins out and the kiosks crashed three times. It’s also a little annoying that they don’t have the soda fountain but the staff were kind enough to bring us new ones. Also, the menu was very limited with a good bit of food being out of stock. Overall, it was alright.

Ordered 2 days in a row from doordash,both times there were items missing from order,food was ice cold. Employees need to read slips and assure orders are complete. They purposely forget your free item for spending over a certain amount, get with it McDonald’s!!!!! Horrible experience
