Food was good and delivered quickly to our table. We ordered on the screen and it was super quick and easy. Workers were friendly and hardworking. The dining room man was around every few minutes to spray down tables and collect trays. The play place was awesome for kids! Very big and fun. The only complaint was the bathroom by the play place. It was extremely dirty and gross. The sink did not work and the toilet was disgusting I could not even use it. The regular restroom at the front of the store was great though.

When we went I asked for a meal and on the receipt the guy put all the stuff individually. In addition I got a sausage egg and cheese and it came with only sausage. Idk what the staff here are doing.

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this location is. My family and I just got done shopping and stopped here to grab some dinner. There was nobody in line at this time. I ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and one small fry. (1 with no ketchup and 1 with only ketchup) we pulled around and only waited about 3 minutes for the food to come out the window. I always check before leaving because we live about 25 minutes from here. The burgers were soaked in ketchup, I mean completely drenched to the point it was seeping through the wrappers. The fries were tossed in the bag and obviously very old and cold. I decided to go back in, because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be served food like that. I spoke with a manager, who was not friendly at all. We stood there about 5 minutes and saw the young group of kids in the back remake our sandwiches, while complaining. We received the items back, they looked a bit better but still just absolutely soaked in ketchup. At this point I’m over it and just wanted to get home. I have never been so disappointed! As a little girl my grandmother would take me to this location and it was always the best! I am completely shocked at how terrible this place has become! If you would have made our food the proper way the first time, you wouldn’t have had to start over. A bunch of young generation kids who are lazy and want to act like fools. Never again! I will be in touch with corporate!

I stop here once a week when i’m working on this side of town, always quick and easy. The only mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to that goes the extra step to throw salt, pepper, butter, jam, and extra napkins in the bag. Didn’t use it but i appreciate the extra effort.

This is by far one of the best McDonald’s and not just because their service speed is good, the food is fresh, the orders are almost always perfectly correct, but even more so that they provide exceptional customer service and guest care for everyone who goes there.

Check your food before you leave. We have been on the short end of the stick multiple times if we do not check the to go back before we leave they normally forget something on big orders.

After having just one McDonald’s nugget I felt compelled to change my life. I quit my job on the spot and left my family to travel to my lifelong dream of Africa. When I arrived in Africa I shared my nuggets with the people and they were astonished by what they tasted. They immediately built their own McDonald’s saving millions of starving children. 5 stars- will be returning when I’m back from Africa.

Got a simple order completely wrong. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and an Ice Tea. Pulling out of the drive thru no lemon in the tea like I ask & the burgers were completely wrong I didn’t eat them. Thanks for wasting my money.

i’m not one to complain but i went to grab breakfast before work today & opened it up to find a small little worm crawling around in my bacon!! took it back to get my money back the lady did not seem concerned one bit, & i said i would check the rest of your food!! im absolutely sick to my stomach & disgusted! will not be visiting that mcdonald’s or any for a long time!

My first time in a Sprouts I guess I expected the food to be all organic all fresh all healthy. You still need to read the labels, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The guy at the meat/fish counter….not so much….lots of farmed previously frozen fish… dissapointed. And it was expensive$$$$
