Terrible terrible service and treatment tonight!!! I go here all the time, multiple times a week. They are normally very very good here. Fast, kind, personable and helpful. Never had a problem before today. Tonight I arrived at the drive thru at 10:50. I already felt bad coming late and was okay if they weren’t taking orders any longer but they were. I ordered 3 frappes, a milkshake, a smoothie and 2 medium fries. The girl making our drinks was slamming doors. Screaming and cussing and my children heard it all. She was very rude to me and was acting like I had just ruined her whole life and disgusted with my presence. I couldn’t help myself from asking, are you mad at us? She replied “just annoyed”. Well isn’t that clear as day? Lol. I then started to reply to her and she slammed the window shut and locked it before I could finish my sentence. Then she stormed off and slammed her McDonald’s hat on the counter in anger. I’m sure you can check the cameras 🙂 we were there from 10:50 until 11:02 exactly. We were very shocked and confused. Even the employees inside looked shocked but no one said a word to us. I’m in the customer service industry and I’ve stayed hours after closing time to finish up after customers have stayed late or come in late. If you are open then you can’t be mad when someone orders. I could never imagine treating a customer like that. I would have rather been turned away than to be treated like that. You need to grow up if your job literally makes you have a temper tantrum, hissy fit and every time someone thanks you, you give them a mean scowl that look like a teenager that just got their cellphone taken away. Please do better and I will be calling corporate.

Went through the drive through today and was asked to pull forward while they prepare my order. So I did. 5-10mins went by then the manager came out with a small bag. I told her that it wasn’t my order. Rudely the manager says “ how would you know” I explained that I ordered $24 in food and handed her my receipt. She rolled her eyes and said “ Great. Pull around to the other side. As I was pulling off she said you don’t need to have an attitude. I said absolutely nothing to her for her to say this. I then replied well of this was going to take so long I would have went somewhere else. She pointed out someone else was waiting as well as if I couldn’t see that. She proceeded to fill 9 orders before I had to go in and ask for a refund. Maddy was anything but professional using profanity directed at me at the time of my refund and is completely incapable of performing her position as manager. Swiping at my hand from behind the counter. I will no longer be going to any McDonalds and or letting my children eat there again! Thanks to Maddy’s horrible customer service. I’ll also be following up with corporate on the aggressive behavior, and profanity. Avoid this place unless you like getting the wrong order and talked to like trash because of their (her) incompetence as a manager.

Ordered a DoorDash, and received a sweet tea lemonade that had black particles floating in it. Drove down to the location to see if it could be replaced. By the time I got there the entire meal was cold, so asked to have it replaced. Brent the manager on duty refused to help. He did replace the order, only after being told that they don’t replace food since it came thru DoorDash, then called the cops on me. This is just one of many bad experiences I’ve had with this specific manager. And just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had with this location in general. If you’re looking for greasy food that’s not really that cheap anymore, and to feel like you’re the problem for coming to a business for their service then this place is great, otherwise it’s best to skip it entirely and just go to sheetz.

We were asked to pull forward in the drivethru, waited in our car for 30+ minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. I called the phone number and they assured me it was only going to take another 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed so i walked inside to find out what was happening, manager blamed me for pulling into the wrong spot or something. She was very rude and unapologetic. A simple apology would have prevented me writing this review.

Id give this location a 4 overall for my personal experience. I have only had 1 order come out wrong in the last year and I order here probably 4-5x a month. The Issue is in the wait. The food is usually hot and ready when you get it, but expect to spend at LEAST 10 minutes in the drive-thru. 50% of the time there are no napkins in the bags as well but no major problems. I’m usually here after 7pm so I cannot speak to the daytime experience. Staff has always been polite and friendly but I will say that occasionally you do get someone who will shut the window on you before you can ask for anything like napkins/carriers/utensils but it is not common for me

Manager was rude as hell when we tried to inform her that the order was wrong. As a McDonald’s employee myself, you never blame the customer for an order mess up first, completely unprofessional. We weren’t even rude about it

I’m a DoorDasher and we get a card for every order we pick up from McDonald’s you get your sixth one free while I went to go get my six meal for free after I picked up my order and the manager that was there told me oh this is just a bonus you know. Meaning he was just being nasty and rude

I really don’t like the type of people who are rude to restaurant staff and or complain about every little detail but there is no denying that this place gets my order wrong 99% of the time. Expect to be humiliated when you want you’re order corrected, it seems to bother them when confronted on the issue. Expect to be made to feel uncomfortable. This sounds horrible and I do not like posting something so negative but it is the truth and is not an isolated incident by any means whatsoever. Had I the time and or desire I could easily and in short time prove these claims with photos and receipts. Updating post, quit going here for about a year. First time I returned our order was wrong, no lie.

Girl at drive thru with a nose ring who said her name was “Ally” was very rude. Argued with me saying I never ordered fries when I said it like 3 times. When I tried to get her back on the speaker she wouldn’t answer.
Pulled to the window and asked for fries and said very rudely that I didn’t want them. That never said them. I explained I tried to catch her before she left the speaker that I wanted them because I didn’t see the charge and she said she was busy talking with the next customer, again rudely. She really acted like I was a bother to her and she hated her job. After getting my food these are the “large” fries I got from them. They are cold stale and half empty.
