Every single time I come here I order and pay for sauce as what I order doesn’t come with sauce for free. They never give me the sauce I pay for. The food is also always put together so terribly it’s pathetic. I got a large fry and it wasn’t even half way filled. Good way to waste your money here.

Update, don’t bother submitting a form from the owners response, they flat out ignore. It’s only to appear as if they care. I’m done with McDonald’s for a long long time.
For awhile this McDonald’s was fairly decent.
I’m glad to report it’s back to the McDonald’s standard of small portions of cold fries, missing order items, and a mystery as to what drink you’ll end up with.
But look on the bright side, after eating the luke warm chicken, you won’t be constipated.

I ordered two cheeseburgers as a meal and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. The only change was no mustard or pickles with bbq sauce and ketchup for fries and nuggets. No sauce was in the bad and the burger came with everything on it. I asked if everything was inside and I went to look as they never gave me an answer and walk off. The sauce comes with the nuggets so it should have at least two sauces with it. I should not have to pay extra for sauce and they never even put it in.

There hasn’t been a single time that I haven’t been asked to pull up to the line or into a parking spot. I’ve done mobile orders 30 minutes in advance and am STILL asked to pull up. I’ve ordered just a big Mac and watched 7 other cars leave before someone came out to bring me my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll go to the Fayette St one or the one in Charleroi from now on.

The absolute worst resteraunt ever. Out the last 10 times ive been there they have either screwed up my order (including just now), or cpmpletely forgotten it when they had me park in a pick-up spot. The food is never correct, or even fast and nobody seems to care.

Went up there to get breakfast for my coworkers and I ordered 2 burrito meals and a sausage egg and cheese Mc muffin and they gave me multiple Mc muffins but not the 2 orders of burritos that I asked for then when I went in and told them they gave me the wrong stuff they said I was wrong and I didn’t order the burritos and wouldn’t take the sandwich’s back or give me what I ordered. Horrible/ rude workers there. Would not recommend coming here.

Usually decent serving times but they do handle your food with no gloves. Witnessed a worker preparing my burger with no gloves and stretching his head. Tried to submit my problem through the McDonald’s app but it of course crashed.
