This staff doesn’t get enough credit. I just came in to pick up a mobile order and the entire restaurant was full. Looking into the kitchen and seeing everyone moving in sync around each other while they are all doing something different was crazy to see. Customers who were completely clueless about what they ordered and how to use the app were tended to , like they were children. These workers have patience to deal with all situations and all different types of people. So if you happen to stop by and it’s busy as hell. Have some patience, they are doing a great job and are always so friendly. They also didn’t keep me waiting long , I had my dog with me as well.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger value meal at the drive-thru. Was asked to pull up to one of the spots set aside for drive-thru waiters. Waited well over 10 minutes, it appeared each other vehicle through the drive-thru was told the same. I figured the wait would mean we’d get fresh fries and/or burgers.
Nope!! Our large fries container was not even halfway filled up. And guess what? They had no salt, were limp and cold. The burgers? Also cold. It would take a Jesus turning-water-into-wine caliber miracle to get the cheese slices to melt.
Why the wait? It’s on me that I didn’t open my bag to inspect but I was anxious to leave. I kind of hoped for a freebie for having to wait so long but I didn’t even get a “sorry” from the kid who brought it out.
Pathetic. How embarrassing for them.

We all know fast food is fast food so I’m not blaming McDonald’s but when employees can’t even make it right then I have the nerve to ask you to pull to the side and wait that’s ridiculous but I blame myself. I don’t need that in my life, but if ever I get a craving, I’m writing this review to remind myself never go to the one in BF location. No one in line you still need me to pull to the side to complete hashbrowns. The order is almost completely wrong and the food is undercooked. Sickening. Of course I do not recommend.

So like I had a dream about McDonalds pancakes, and then woke up at 7am. So obviously the lord demanded I got pancakes for the first time in I don’t know how long. The lady that took my order was pretty and nice, but when I got my hot cakes and bacon there was one strip of bacon!!! Why are yinz Rationing bacon!! Then they forgot my hash brown! It’s all good though Gods plan!

Never seen a group of workers look so miserable. No customer service skills. Watching a lead touch food with bare hands after touching money. He treated the cashier like he was a complete bother because he needed change. Do better!! All we ordered was 3 ice teas and that took almost 15m.

Pouring rain outside, not a single mat or protective rug of any kind on floors. My grandchild and another customer fell while in the order area. When I complained to staff, the individual told me she was going in the back to report MY attitude to her manager?? As my grandchild stood aside with a bleeding lip from the fall.

Wrong drink, missing items, not the first time. Avoid this place at all costs, they cannot avoid messing up. Management here is disastrous and needs removed. The team is clearly demotivated and not paid enough to care. I will be avoiding this location at all costs

Zero customer service and 3 cars in drive thru and we all had to wait at the numbered spots for our food. They charge for every bbq sauce – zero come with a 10 piece chicken nugget meal…unreal…no apology and they have been charging for years

Waited 25 minutes while waiting curbside. 17 cars were served in the drive through before me. Many arrived after I did. Will be making a complaint to corporate about this location as this was totally unacceptable.

Yesterday I ordered a big breakfast through the app for my son. I pulled up to the second window and a young man told me that they were out of platters so they put my food in a box that said Mccrispy. He promised that it was the big breakfast. I said okay and put the bag on the seat of the car, pulled forward and parked in the parking lot, so that I could distribute the food. I can’t believe they actually put the whole big breakfast in this little box. My son luckily doesn’t use butter or syrup because there’s no way he could’ve put it on in this. There had to be a better option.
