We decided to eat in on October 1st, the whole place had an amazing atmosphere, clean, quiet, peaceful, AND it was adorably decorated with fall decorations! It was so cute I had to make a review about it, go check them out!!

Worst experience ever! Stopped at this McDonald’s on my way to work to purchase breakfast for coworkers and myself. Spent $32.48. When I got to work. I opened my Sausage McMuffin and it was black. Burnt to crisp. I took it back and ask to speak with a manager. I explained the situation and showed her the sandwich and she seemed uninterested. Like it was a common mistake. As I turned to show a customer behind me the burnt sandwich when I turned back around she (the manager) was laughing about the situation. This was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Why would this be served to anyone.

I went through the drive thru at the McDonalds location on Pleasant Dr in Center Twp. The cashier was friendly and I tipped him. When I got to the pick up window, it quickly went downhill. My order had 2 Oreo McFlurries in it as well as other items. The male decided to hand mix the ice cream while getting ice cream all over the container and his hands. He brought them to the window all slopped up. I asked him, is it customary for McDonalds to hand mix McFlurries now. He said, no, our machine is buried. The female posing to be the manager waved me off. I pulled away but immediately called and asked to speak to the manager. She said..I am the manager what can I do for you? I started explaining what happened…she said, our machine is broken and that’s the way it goes and immediately hung up on me. I called back…she hung up again and left the phone off the hook and it had a busy signal for the next 30 minutes. I know this is absolutely not how the McDonalds Corp runs their business. Horrible customer service!!!!! Horrible!! Shame on the Aliquippa McDonalds on Pleasant Dr., Center Twp.

We don’t go to McDonald’s too often for dine in but needed to grab a quick lunch today and it was close by. Restaurant was clean, very nicely decorated for Christmas, the employees were very kind, and our food was great. Had to leave a positive review!

This place is still old school. It’s nice to sit in a blast from the past. They were quit busy on this particular day. I ordered on my app for dine in. The app had the option of bringing it to your table which I thought was cool! After I ordered I used the rest room. It was clean and well stocked with tp. I returned to my table. The order was taking a bit long so after about 13 min I went to check . Unfortunately the manager and staff had no clue about the option of bringing my food over. But it does say it in every table in the dining room that this option is available. So my order was bagged any ready for take out. I still ate in though. She did apologize. I must have got there just in time though, cause my food was still warm. They did forget my coffee and a hash brown. The restaurant was quit empty and tables were clean. We enjoyed our lunch Despite the mix up.

Waited at the speaker because they couldn’t find my mobile app code. Then, it showed up on the screen but they didn’t talk to us.
We waited forever with only one car in front of us for our fries, burger, frappe, and ice cream.
We finally drove away and they forgot our ch plate milk!

Staff is incredibly slow and rude. No sense of urgency at all. I have been there twice. Once when it was literally only me getting food and it took over 15 minutes to get a single chicken sandwich which was not even hot by the time I got it.

Make sure you’ve got atleast 20 minutes to wait for this “fast food”. And that’s if the drive thru line is short, but usually it’s wrapped around the building. I don’t think I’ve gone there once in the last 4 years where I haven’t been asked to pull up to a waiting spot in the drive thru. Doesn’t matter the time of day or how busy. Sometimes theyre nice enough to give you half your order first so it gets nice and cold while you wait for the other half of the order to be brought out. Waited 18 minutes today for a happy meal. This location is garbage.
