Workers stood in the parking lot smoking and staring at me like I was a misfit degenerate because I asked if they were still serving in the lobby while a row of cars were in the drive through at 12am. Furthermore there were still customers inside.

I would give it a -5 if I could waited 30 mins fory order (was late for work) couldn’t even get a manager to get a refund & when I got out to my care they gave me the wrong order & my fries were old & cold the only thing they got wright was my sweet & spur sauce

I ordered a sandwich and what I got was a cold, soggy mess. Not only was the order wrong, but the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. completely cold and unappetizing.
When I brought it to their attention, the staff seemed indifferent. It felt like they just didn’t care. For the price, I expected at least a warm sandwich and the correct order.

Average store with accurate orders and below average customer service. Only good for making my double/double cheeseburger plus add a fifth piece of meat whenever I go there. Drive thru gets priority service, but inside gives you time to check your orders for the mistake on something everytime!

This location is clean and the employees are attentive. The food actually comes out looking more like the pictures on the menu vs some McDonald’s food looking like a pit together mess and thrown in a bag. Very friendly employees and they seem to take pride in their location and work

I gave it one star for the newly updated facility however, the food was less than appealing. My Filet O Fish sandwich was old and double fried. My first bite almost broke a tooth. Not Happy and don’t have the time to go back to the store. Fast Food is just not as fresh as it used to be.
