I’d like to start by this is maybe my 3rd negative review in 39 yrs…. My momma taught me if I don’t have anything nice to say not to say anything at all… However!
I’m appalled by my experience tonight. Waited at the window for 10 mins then was asked to move forward. I replied with I don’t understand why we aren’t informed before we pay that the wait is longer than usual. The lady at the window sucked her teeth at me and said “And” so I replied with “And” she said so what are you saying? “I’m not pulling forward.” She turned and told the entire staff I wasn’t moving forward. When our food came out it was thrown every which way in the bag but right side up. Burgers smashed, half the dressing on the sandwiches, half on the bag, fries spilled all over, no dressing for the nuggets and unsalted fries. I hope everyone enjoys the pictures attached.
To top it offff, the manager was standing there and assisting her staff in bagging our meals in such an unexceptable way. Once we were home and I noticed the fries were unsalted and the “care they used preparing” our food I called and asked to speak to a manager. I waited 10 mins before hanging up. I then tried for another 40 mins before the phone was finally hung up from my initial call, meaning I would’ve waited 50 mins to speak to the manager from my initial call. The manager had a lackluster attitude and was only willing to make it right for whatever food we have left. When I offered her pictures to show her what I’m talking about she still said she can only refund for the food we have left. Even after I explained to her I have 3 young children 10&under who needed to eat what they could and it took 50 mins for me to get in touch with her. I give these guys a -10star rating and Do Not Recommend Any wastes a penny here!! Is this what you strive for McDonald’s??

I ordered on doordash and everything ended up being cold! I got no pickles, even though I paid for extra ones, the pie was cold and old, as the picture shows. The nuggets had no sauce at all, even though I ordered 2 sweet and sours. The nuggets were also hard and old. I had no straw for my drink….lousy experience.

it amazes me how this location is still running, there’s always issues with my order today I ordered a happy meal with extra fries instead of apple slices and there was only 1 box of like 4 stale fries in my childs happy meal. Ordered a Large 1/2 sweet,1/2 unsweet tea and was given a sweet tea lemonade. I have to be careful with my sugar and I have to order my food a certain way so the fact that this location has the hardest time doing anything is crazy to me as someone who worked in the food industry in their 20s, ya’ll need to get it together

Great coffee, when you can get correctly. Seem to have problems simply stirring cream and sugar. Hard to do driving. And the sayre location seems to be the only store in area with this concept.
And, why is it always so damn slow? Tons of cars, no cars. Always very very slow. No hustle whatsoever. That’s a management issue.

What are you people doing over there? My order is never correct and it is always cold, even though I order in the Drive-Thru and pick up in the Drive-Thru. I’m out in Mount pleasant Michigan and I ordered delivery from McDonald’s. The order is 100% correct and everything that’s supposed to be hot is hot and they even had shakes. Apparently you’re shake machine is always broken

One of the rudest customer services you will ever experience at a McDonalds. The prices are already insane but the long wait times (20 to 30 minutes) is absolutely crazy and on top of that rude managers can’t seem to handle their workers or these long wait situations! Awful!

Ordered doordash through these guys. Had issue in the past with cold food but decided to try this place again. Ordered 2 value meals and only got 1 thing of fries. Love paying for things and not receiving them. On top of that thr big mac tasted dried out and had almost no sause on it andcthr bun was stale. Bags are sealed so this is mcdonalds issues not doordash. Worst McDonalds in our town by far with horrible staff and management.

There have been so many times I’ve ordered curbside pickup from this location and my order was missing items. Tonight just before my child’s school concert, I stopped for McDonalds because she loves it. I was in a rush and trusted that everything would be right, but I later realized one of my Filet o Fish meals was missing.
I went back not too long ago & the place was completely chaotic. The “manager” was yelling at employees, and several customers looked upset with their orders. One was yelling that they forgot a fry. I guess it’s on me for not double checking my order, especially given my past experiences with this location.
Idk if they are just overworking their employees but they really need to do better

If I could give it a negative star, I would ask for fresh fries because it was late at night. Got my fries. They were cold and like leather to chew there was mold on the bread and then they couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly cause I didn’t put ingredients on it then when I called and said something to the store, I got attitude and basically called a liar by the supposed manager The McDonald’s should be shut down then after I got home with the food, I found hair in my burger absolutely disgusting this place is a disgrace

Horrible staff, horrible food. Multiple times have waited in drive thru for over 25 minutes. July 3rd was the WORST experience with my family I’ve ever had there. 4 staff on, never had a person on the speaker after 10 minutes, car in second lane was never waited on, pulled through to the window nobody ever came to the window. You had 4 staff on and 1 was outside smoking in the parking lot. Maybe you should hire people who want to work for their money. Photo uploaded from a previous order at the same McDonald’s.
