Ordered some mcgriddles in the rush of the morning… got all the way home to find that they just gave us the buns with nothing inside! We drove all the way back and asked if we could please have one extra for all our time and gas money. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and know that this is good customer service and common practice. The girl asked, and they gave her a big, fat “NO!” She was incredibly sweet and offered to buy us one with her own money, but we couldn’t accept! I talked to them at the second window, and they were less than accommodating!

Rated 5 because even though the drive thru was super long, it was fast and the rest of the experience rated 4 across the board because nothing sticks out in mind outside of the staff who I dealt with , with was great.the drive through has 2 ordering stations.
