This facility is absolutely disgusting.
These photos were taken at 8:00 PM, on a weeknight. The photos show that the restaurant was obviously not very busy. Though, it was apparently too busy to clean up a bit.

I didn’t capture any photos of the kitchen area, but I’m sure that you can imagine… French fries all over the floor, and just a general disaster.

I first went to the drive thru the person on the head set was very rude. Then came inside to use the bathroom and it’s super nasty in there. The lobby completely dirty. Couldn’t find a seat that wasn’t dirty. Over all bad experience

Last night around 10 pm, I tried to pick up my mobile app order #1644 at this location. I ordered through the app and by the time I got there, I picked the “counter pick-up” option since the app allowed me, and I still saw someone sitting inside.
I tried to go inside to the pickup area, where the McDonalds app said to go, but all of the doors were locked. I tried every door but they’re all locked.
I tried to get the attention of the employees working there. They all either ignored me or didn’t see me. Another customer was there too with the same problem.

We knocked on the door and employees approached (the one who we saw sitting inside was turn out an employee as well) but refused to open the doors for us despite the fact that we showed them that our orders were not drive-thru order but “PICK UP COUNTER” option and despite we’re standing outside in 19-degree freezing cold.

The employees were giving us a signal “Wait” so we waited for around 15 minutes but they didn’t give us clear direction on what to do, the other person there didn’t have a car, so there’s no way to do the drive-through!

I showed them that I had paid the order through the app, and couldn’t cancel it nor changed it to drive through option,
They then told me and the other customer to literally stand in the very long line with the cars in the freezing cold to wait for our orders (mind you, she didn’t have a car). The drive-thru line was insanely very long so I left, but I saw the other customer waiting in the line because she was so hungry!

They also apparently blamed this on only having three people working there.

This was insane and dangerous to customers’ health and there’s no excuse for it. You need to refund me my order because at the end I didn’t get my food and please stop this from happening again.
1. If you’re short staffed, then make sure you update the app so customers can’t choose the “pick up counter” option.
2. If you know the customers already paid and chose the “pick up counter”, it literally took the staffs less than 5 mins to the door and gave our food.
3. Asking customers that already chose “pick-up counter” option to do a drive-through line when they are on foot and don’t have cars is very dangerous.

I already file a complaint through the McDonald’s app but they haven’t contacted me.

Times were tough. Greasy and dry, typical McDonald’s. Fries were good for a solid minute before becoming stale. Big Mac beef is becoming worse. Quarter pounder is their best burger. Nuggets are stale. Only went since again it was the only thing opened at 3am. During the day the service was mediocre. I would advise going if it’s your last option.

I respect workers in all fields but it seems the workers here after midnight just turn off and don’t handle orders at all. 30+ min for 2 double cheeseburgers and a filet o fish and with no ketchup or condiments in the burgers. Cold burger cold fries

I have literally been sitting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes at this point. There is 1 car infront of me, and 5 cars behind blocking me in so i cannot leave. I placed a mobile order and would rather lose my money than continue to sit here. As the car infront of me finally ordered, i pulled up and waited another 5 minutes, meanwhile a car came to the second drive thru and were able to place their order 2 minutes before I did, eventhough I pulled up first. Will genuinely never return.

First off I’ll say that the gentleman working 3/3 9am was super nice. But I probably won’t come to this location again because it’s filthy, inside and out. The trash can outside the entrance is overflowing onto the ground. Upon entering the floor is sticky and littered with debris and papers. French fries and other food scattered all under the tables and dried on lettuce on table tops. The dried lettuce shows the table tops haven’t been washed since at least yesterday…it’s breakfast and nothing has lettuce at this time. If this is what the dinning room looks I was afraid to even enter the bathroom. Where’s management at this location?

There was only 1 car ahead of me and I waited for 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Truly have no idea how it takes so long. Would’ve been faster if I went to a sit down restaurant and ordered. To top it off the food was cold and my mcdouble only had 1 patty. This isn’t a one off experience either. It takes at minimum 15 minutes anytime I go here and order is wrong the majority of the time. Im officially done going to this location at this point. It is asinine.

Waited for 22 minutes as everyone else got their food. The person I came in with got their food 9 minutes after we ordered and was sitting there for 13 minutes eating without me. Was told there were no chicken nuggets when they were clearly busy filling all the people’s orders for the drive through. Nothing but disrespectful staff after I kindly asked twice for my order to be made until I gave up and demanded a refund. Worker was snippy with me then and didn’t even give me a receipt for my refund.

I’ve ordered McDonald’s for the past few days on uber eats and I got a milkshake both times. BOTH TIMES I was given a slushi instead of a milkshake. If they can’t provide me with a milkshake then they shouldn’t allow me to order it online. I’ve tried to call the store several times and when it’s gotten through it was silent on the other end of the line. You need to sort this out ASAP!
