I went to that touch screen and ordered a large shamrock shake and 4 bugers and 1 soda went to pay the mechanic did not give me my receipt and it was $18 total I told the lady worker there and she kida help but not really and they gave me a small shamrock shake and first off the “manager” was very rude to me didn’t even try to fix the issue back trued the hole time didn’t even come up to me they kept on saying u paid for a small and im telling them that the mechanic messed up my order and a lady come out in my face and says see u paid for a small at that point I said ok and walk out bc it was going in one ear out the onther to be honest I don’t eat alot fast food and after that I know dam right im not eating mcdonald’s ever again I rather go to burger king bc at least they don’t mess up onders and be rude about it and if they do they actually try to solve the problem

Just ordered not even 5 minutes ago and they messed our simple order up. We asked for a 10 piece large with fries and a McDouble with a small fry. What we got was a 10 piece small fries McDouble and a 4 piece? They didn’t give us the large fries and the ketchup that we paid for. We even confirmed the order with the woman at the window and she was very rude and still somehow managed to mess this up. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this was just too easy to mess up.

Would’ve given a five because the drive through service was fast (6 minutes for a four person app order) and everyone was pleasant. But, I ordered a 2 chicken wrap dinner and only got one wrap, the rest of the order was correct

Drive thru female was pleasant and voice was easy to understand (2 stars). That’s the good. Ordered the Spicy Nuggets to try, never again. Dried out, really crispy, barely any meat in them, flat as they could be. Overall terrible. (0 stars)

To be honest: I have had so many issues with this specific McDonald’s that if you are local to the area or not I recommend driving the extra 5-10 mins to a different location in Corning or Elmira,
The staffing at this McDonald’s are some of the rudest staff I ever encountered for no reason,
On top of the fact they fail to follow instructions. For example: me and my husband ordered coffees for breakfast both of us request specific amounts of cream and sugar my husband even reiterates how he literally wants his iced coffee white to make sure he gets his coffee how he would like it,
And we are both given two basic coffees without the extra cream and sugar we asked for. Our orders were also placed differently one being a mobile order and one being directly through the drive through and that tells me it’s due to the staff not paying attention or ignoring the request, my husband even mentioned this at the window and how he specifically asked for his coffee a certain way and the staff member at the drive through did and said NOTHING, not to remake it not an apology nothing. I would not be leaving this review if I hadn’t had so many issues with my orders being wrong/ staff being rude here or my food being gross a lot.
This is the worst McDonald’s in the Elmira Corning area, not sure if anyone else noticed but this location is also the most expensive, $1-2 up charges for rude staff and incorrect food. I also have filled out a number of surveys and spoken with their manager a few times who is really nice and does her best to correct the issues but the rest of the staff and even the other managers are rude and unpleasant.

Even slower pickup. As I sat in the designated pick up area waiting for my single item order; an apple pie, multiple cars that arrived after me passed through the drive through.

This McDonald’s is notorious for slow service. Did a mobile order on a Sunday and waited 22 minutes in a parked spot that they told us to go to and still no service. My husband had to go in. Unacceptable. Poor service all around.

Burgers always sitting in the warmer for too long.. idk if it’s just bad management and lack of training or what the case is but almost every time I go to this spot the burgers are ones that you can tell are long overdue to be thrown out.. not to mention the ice cream machine is always broken.
