Update: 10-5-25 11:35P.M.+/-. Yeah, so I was served a burger with a bite taken out of it. I promise you I will not be back! This is beyond vile, disgusting, and unsanitary. Figured I just couldn’t get pies there because nobody on 3rd shift can make them without burning them. But it turns out they also wanna sample my food before serving it to me.
Not to mention this particular location is always out of multiple ingredients I’ve been told they didn’t have cheese, tomatoes, and even ice on separate occasions.
Bet I’ve gotten over a dozen of these pies that have been inedible. Always around 10 at night, sometimes later. I always ask if they’re burnt, I’m usually told no, once was told I wouldn’t want the available pies. I have even waited the 12 minutes for new pies to be made, and still got burnt pies, even the replacement pies for those ones were burnt! I just don’t get it. I’ve paid for pies over a dozen times, just to not be able to eat them.

They have a high turnover of employees I don’t have a whole lot of expectations here, however recently I’ve noticed that I’m getting a lot of burnt or bad food from the store during the weekends or late night hours. Recently I purchased a pie and was informed after I went in and told him that I wasn’t sure how the pie ended up in the box it was badly burnt. He informed me that this was acceptable and that they were allowed to sell it this way. I have no name to provide his manager with because he was not wearing a name tag. I just know it was a big guy there working at about 7:30 8:00am 4/20. it was so burnt you couldn’t give it to a child, if you broke the burnt parts off there would have been nothing left to the pie. I informed him that I was finally saying something and speaking up because this is the 4 time in the last 2months that I bought a pie that was so burned it wasn’t edible. I was expecting a replacement and an apology. But instead I got a attitude that he was allowed to sell them like this. So now I feel like it needs to be brought to people’s attention. Go somewhere else Go out to Fairmont go to funn avenue or go to Burger King you’ll probably get better service in a better attitude

I went in doing my job as normal (secret shopper) and as I walk in I instantly noticed trash and food all on the floors and tables. I walk around and trash is full, the little trash bins at the drink stations were over filled, tables are dirty and sticky, and when I mentioned something the the manager he said and I quote…We can’t get to everything…and walked to the back of the kitchen. I ordered a chicken bigmac and I was told they weren’t making them but yet a guy comes after me and gets 3 of them no problem. I will not be eating at this McDonald’s anymore.

Fastest time ever in drive thru on Foote Avenue in Jamestown. Usually you’ll wait at least 15 minutes before you can even order! But, be patient. It’s not like our people expected to have to work triple their load of work because of this “Free American” President taking everything away from a lot of people! Employees were kind and patient as well.
