I stopped by this McDonald this afternoon and I wanted to give a shoutout to Zenay (not sure if I spelled it correctly). She went above and beyond to meeting my requests while she was busy making the fries and running to the back to look for what I was asking for, meanwhile one of her coworkers was being unfriendly towards my requests. Thank you Zenay for your amazing customer service!!!

I ordered an iced caramel macchioto and had to send it back to get the whipped cream that I paid for. No straw! Also the filet-o-fish has a 1/4 size piece of cheese and only a tiny dallop of tarter sauce. I will not be going back there.

Went here for a late night snack, my girlfriend got a Happy Meal and I got a fry, the fries tasted kinda stale towards the end, the apple slices in the happy meal were expired, and the meat tasted like actual dog food, the burger also only had one pickle, the employees were also super rude and clearly not paying attention as I had to ask 3 times for a receipt, and took like 10-15 minutes on that tiny order, do not ever plan on returning to this location.

None of the food that I received was fresh, fries were cold . Some very soft and some very hard like rocks. This is soo disappointing I was really looking forward to eating a delicious lunch. That’s it I’m done with this place!! The location has been horrible for a historically very long time. The people that they hire here are very unprofessional loud, obnoxious and rude at times. There’s times that you can literally Hear them arguing back-and-forth instead of taking care of customers who are waiting. Also it doesn’t matter what I order it can be the most simplest thing and they still managed somehow to get it wrong 98% of the time, Maybe once in a blue moon, I get a correct order and my food is actually fresh and not reheated. Clearly this isn’t an isolated issue the same exact things has been going on for years at this located why isn’t the owners doing anything about. I’m definitely no longer going to this location and will avoid any Location owned by this franchisee if I can help it.

Drive thru took 30 min, I had three screaming kids in the car. I couldn’t even leave because I was blocked by other cars in the drive thru. What a joke this place is. I will never go to another McDonald’s again!
