Just got my food. Working a 16 hour shift. Havent had no food get back to eat and i get uncooked fries. Rush cooking food to serve people and we pay for the food. You guys dont pay for our food and you serve uncooked fries. I will be back for another fry too. DO BETTER !

21 December 2025 This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
I came through with my two young kids and ordered hot fudge sundaes. When they were made, the employee couldn’t get all of the fudge into the cups. I calmly said that was fine and I’d take them as-is. Instead of resolving it professionally, the employee got visibly angry, slammed the drive-thru window in my face, and disappeared.
A minute later, he came back with my money. I told him all I wanted were the sundaes I had originally ordered. He then aggressively shoved the sundaes at me, with chocolate dripping everywhere and the ice cream clearly crushed like he had squeezed them in his hands out of anger.
My kids were absolutely terrified by how aggressive and hostile this employee was. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially at a place where families and children are supposed to feel safe.
The level of unprofessionalism here is unreal. If management doesn’t address this kind of behavior, they’re going to keep losing customers. I will never return to this location.

Waited 20 minutes for a quarter pounder combo, I seen at least 5 people order after me and get their more complicated order before me. There goes my lunch break. Some staff doing their share of standing around. Watched this lady a few times play with her hair and then go put napkins in my bag with her bare hands. it truly is a hit or miss when it comes to the burgers or the sandwiches. i was going to be nicer with the rating, but after eating at mc in geneva, PENNYAN IS CHEAP! they don’t fill up the fries all the way, and when the sandwiches are constructed(sometimes) they’re a hot mess. you’d think that for the amount of time they take to make the food, it would be better quality right?? nope.. don’t go here! go to the taco bell (if you want late night eats) down the road or something else.

The service was incredibly speedy, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. I also found the bathroom to be relatively clean, which is always a plus. The main issue was the parking lot and drive-thru configuration. It was a bit scary to navigate, and I felt there was a real risk of hitting another car or a customer. Overall, a great experience inside, but be careful in the lot.

Firstly, the managerial staff is incredibly rude, and I plan to do an actual survey. While waiting for my order, I watched the manager on shift screaming at a kid in an incredibly rude, aggressive and frankly unacceptable manner just for forgetting the whipped creme on my shake. The yelling clearly demoralized him to the point I felt it necessary to apologize to him as a customer. Then, that same manager on shift was on the fry station. Somehow she felt it was acceptable to give use 3 large fries all HALF EMPTY and COLD. The same one who felt it unacceptable and yelled at a kid for forgetting Whipped Creme on a milkshake somehow felt it was okay to give us the three large fries half empty and cold. Not to mention a burger without any of the extras we PAID for, and arguably, worst of all, my nephew’s Happy Meal was literally an empty box of sadness. No nuggets, no fruit, no fries. No meal, NO happiness. Not to mention, look at this!!! Door handles falling off and rusted and sharp on the edges, what kind of safety hazard is this being left entirely alone?!
