Food at this McDonald’s is usually pretty fresh and lines are typically short but this place does get super busy. I only gave 3 stars because McDonalds in general is way to expensive. I get way better deals at other places. So while this place is good I just dont have the money it cost to go there these days. I could spend less at a regular restaurant where food is cooked fresh.

It’s a McDonald’s that rarely ever screws up my order. Friendly staff, and quick efficient service. I just wish they would quit asking me if I’ll be using my McDonald’s app because touching your phone while “driving” is a serious crime in NY. Please quit asking.

Completely god awful… can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes to even get your food and to find out they made it wrong. This happened to me, where they brought my food out just for me to find out they made it completely wrong. When I went up to get a new burger the- who im assuming was the manager came over and said “the way you ordered it wasn’t on the ticket!”, then told me to go back to my seat and that they would bring it out to me. Come to find out after waiting another 20 minutes for my new burgers, they had put them on the counter and never made any effort to either bring it over or even call it out. I used to work at a McDonald’s, so I understand it can become hectic in the kitchen- but for the love of God, if you’re going to make someone’s order wrong, at least expect them to come up and get a new order and not make up some excuse of “it wasnt on the ticket”

My only problem is the service, food is fine for any fast tood place. But there is consistently not great service. Ordered a unsweet tea, told the lady it was sweet tea. She looked at me like I was crazy, told me it WAS unsweet, I was nice, said thank you for the new one once she got it for me. Only for it to be sweet again, like??? Almost no care is shown here, I’ve worked food service before too, you’ll get much more if you actually show a little care. Not just stare when your crew messed up.

The McDonald’s in Canandaigua is hands down the worst you’re lucky if you get your food correct at the drive-thru 70% of the time I have had them forget about me when they have asked me to pull forward to make me wait for my food,TWICE. So now I just don’t pull forward anymore. I have also had them tell me my debit card was declined and then there’ll be a charge for McDonald’s for the order that was supposedly declined
