McDonald’s as a whole is not a good company that looks out for customers they do don’t listen nor act on situations that happen especially with the app can take our money but can’t update information if you do you must start all over. Was loyal to McDonald’s now I’m done going where loyalty and customers count. No more golden arches for me

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with no cars behind me.. Literally, nobody else in the drive-through at all. Had to walk into the restaurant and ask where my food was. Employee came out granted and stuffed the food into the window. No apology nothing. Finally got home order wasn’t even right anyway. Completely missed a big Mac. I understand time issues and even mistakes happen when you’re busy, but there was literally nobody else there and you guys couldn’t even get it right

Waited 15 mins for sausage McMuffin and scrambled eggs. The eggs were not cooked and had juice on them. Completely disgusting and I threw them out. Should have gone back for a refund but didn’t want to waste more time. The floors are slimy and slippery. Every time I go to a McDonald’s I say it will be my last but this is really it.

The absolute worst McDonalds in Monroe County. Employees are rude. Items always missing from order, especially for delivery orders. There is always a long wait no matter how many cars in line. This place needs corporate to step in and take over.

Ordered curbside since the drive thru was wrapped around. I was actually the first and only one there at 9:05. At 9:06, I get an alert saying my order is on the way. As 10 plus mins go by, 3 more vehicles show up for curbside. Finally at 9:25, my order arrives curbside. ♂️ Definitely not fast food and not even an apology for the extremely long wait time. Service was garbage today!!!

Do not order ahead through the APP for curbside pickup. We’ve done this twice and waited over 15 minutes both times after we got the notification saying our food was on its way out!

Placed my take out order today at 9:42 AM today; finally received my order at 10:17 AM but my order was incorrect and had to wait for them to correct it. I finally left with my correct order at 10:19 AM.
Received no apologies from any staff member for my time and trouble, and this was NOT my first problem at this McDonalds. I will no longer do any more business with this McDonald’s location. PLEASE don’t use this McDonalds location! PLEASE! The Manager and the entire staff should be removed, better yet CLOSE it down.

If only they could get the order right the first time. I figured that’s why they had more than one window but I guess not. Do better plain and simple. The other franchises even in the worst part of the city do better.
